Very comfortable bus. Was on time. The boarder crossing was very easy. Once for singapore and once for Malaysia so 2 stops. We also stopped for a quick break.

The bus journey from the Malaysia checkpoint to Malacca was comfortable and smooth. However, the bus from Bugis MRT to the checkpoint did not have the same comfortable seats. The staff throughout the journey were polite, informative, and friendly, which was appreciated. As a tourist with limited local knowledge, it was quite shocking to be dropped off in Malacca on a motorway with no access to taxi services or safe onward transport. This made the arrival stressful and unsafe. Please consider arranging drop-offs at safer, more accessible locations. For anyone booking this service, please be aware of this situation in advance.

I had to pay MYR 0.70 in cash to get a paper boarding pass. I had not cash and all ATMs were empty... I was saved by a French tourist who generously gave me MYR1 banknote. He saved me! Next time I will try to book from the bus company where possible to avoid this stressful situation Ph
