Apoorva NThe actual price of the ticked was 550 EGP, I was charged 908 EGP, that’s a huge margin for commission. The bus was super dirty and most of the seats were half broken. The bus was 1.5 hours late at the start (at 10 pm) and reached 2.5 later at the destination (at 12:30 pm). There was no toilet on the bus as advertised.

Jeffrey SBad, the reservation on the website didn't allow us to select the seat and when we arrived at the station they assigned us the last seats on the bus that couldn't recline. Additionally, they said the trip would last 10 hours, but it was actually 16!

Adam GNot a bad journey at all for the price. Bus had ac and the seats were ok. Also plenty of stops for toilet breaks. The workers at the station were also very helpful which is good as there is very little signage.
Voucher instructions were not great but contacting the company using the number was easy and they send the ticket via a WhatsApp photo.

David Contacted the email and number given to retrieve ticket at train station up to three days prior to departure and neither got back to me. We went to the station 3 hours prior to departure to try and sort things out and we were helped out by ‘tourist help centre’ who told us come back an hour before departure after they had made phone calls. We did so and they gave us our tickets on arrival and looked for money for retrieving tickets which we felt obliged to do so. If contact number/email given us contacted me back, this scenario would be avoided.
