the bus broke down and then the rescue bus which came by hours later broke down too and also caught fire. so we had three buses overall and the trip lasted an extra 7 hours, lol

Unfortunately the air conditioning in our train compartment was broken so it was really hot. We also had to ride for about 7 hours so it was pretty exhausting

Thé bus took too many stops in verde en villagesin the way and that is not told on the reservation. Theee were no toilet on the bus and there has been only one stop to eat / go to the toilet in 9 hours. The seats were not respected. The seats were too small.

I booked the tickets around 2 months ago but the tickets were released 1 day before the departure of the train which cast a lot of pressure to our journey. In the train, there were 2 strangers who bought 2nd class tickets but sat opposite to us. The most uncomfortable thing was that one of them took a picture of me without my permission. After the 3 people who booked those seats asked the staff to help, one of the 2 strangers left to 2nd class but the other one kept standing next to me. He left after I asked the staff to help as I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

Air con didn’t work in 1st class and it was a very hot day. Train needs maintenance. Blinds didn’t work. Seats were rusted at the bottom. However , seats were comfortable.

Your app overcharged us by $30!!! Didn't get the email that contained my tickets! Has to cancel and rebook to the next train departure! Wasnt a good experience dealing with the desk at the train station. They said you over charged us as the actual price was only $59! NOT $89.04
