Was not allowed on the bus with the ticket I bought online; had to go exchange for another ticket inside the station. There was supposed to be A/C on the bus, but there was no A/C. Luggage was supposed to be included, but had to pay extra for my backpack (small personal item) or else I wasn't allowed on the bus.

The bus was old and in bad condition. The seats were very uncomfortable. The bus stopped far too many times along the route. It was not made clear that we could stop to go to the toilet. We arrived over an hour later than expected. There was however plenty of legroom for our 2 tall passengers.

In general, everything was fine but the bus did not have working air conditioning. The only times a little fresh air came into rhe passenger‘s cabin was through one of two roof windows or when the back door was opened.

It was laborious to deal with buying, requesting refund, etc. I ended up paying for 3 tickets for 2 persons then they changed the time …. The actual ride was perfect. Comfortable vehicle and pleasant driver.

Problem with booking but zero customer support. No one replied to my email. Long story short ended up on an overcrowded run down bus with broken seats and no air conditioning. Stopped at many stops along the way so took about 4 hours instead of the advertised 3.
