Train was on time and in order. However, we realized later & was surprised that the online ticket was like close to 40% higher than those bought in the station.

Seats on the train I was on did not have adjustable head rests and they are not made for anyone over 6ft. My shorter wife was fine. I had the headrest digging into my upper back the whole ride! Wasn't terrible but not a first class seat by north american standards.

I thought I will be offered free lunch or snack, as this was suggested by the 12go website, but the service man asked for money. I didn't have to pay for WC or Aircon, no TV on a board.
