Bus was ok, No trinking and eating allowed. We had a traffic jam and needed 8 hours...bad idea without trinking and eating. Also it was not clear, that we had to sign in a office near by.

We waited almost 1 hour on the bus. The bus was supposed to take 5 hours and ended up taking 11 hours… the operator didn’t give a shit and said bad luck. No offering of compensation at all.

Worst experience ever in my life and other one’s life, witness fellow people also experiencing delays from 12:15am till 2:30am and what is even worst is that we had to get onto another bus company which is not what we have book for and that bus company that allows us on only happened because they had leftover seats. So disappointed in this, could have done better arrangements and time management planning and also double checking the passengers bookings verification.

The bus picked us up 2 and a half hours late. The advertised trip time was 5.5 hours, but it took 12 hours. So rather than arriving in Kuala Lumpur at 11.30pm, we drove through the night and arrived at 8.30am. So we arrived 9 hours later than expected. We missed a night in our hotel that we had paid for. They should not be allowed to put such false information on their website- and now we will have the same bad experience for our return journey.

Easy to find pick up spot and in city centre But the should be usb on the bus Don't write that the journey takes 5hours when it takes 8 hours 😠 don't blame circumstances that you can't control, there were no traffic jam or others delays until the last hour, should have taken the flight instead ✈️

I just wish the driver had insisted everyone unload their luggage for customers more clearly: a few others and myself were confused when he stated that we need to take our things meaning take our luggage that had been stowed as well as carryons. Otherwise very comfortable ride with nice seats and good AC. Ride was a bit late but not out of ordinary.
