The trip took 6 hours instead of three. It wasn't a direct boat, I had to change boats in Nusa Penida and we stopped at the Gilis too.
Everything else was good. Everybody working there was really nice, the boat was clean.

Loading from the sea directly into the boat delayed the trip enormously. Crew was perfect!

12go gives you the wrong location in Sanur, you have be in the new harbor. The voucher can be exchanged at the gray building about 300 meter on the right if you stand looking to the harbor building.
The ticket stated that it was a 4 hour journey. But It will take way longer, it wil stop at nusa (change boots and a1,5 hour wait) and all the gilli island before arriving in Lombok.
The boots have no airport, and little fresh air is coming in though the windows. If you want to sit on the top deck you need to buy a drink.

Good afternoon,
The boat I was on today from Sanur to Lombok 07:55-12:00 was delayed by over 80 minutes and passengers were not notified of this planned delay (1.5hr waiting at Nusa Penida).
I would like compensation for this. I paid 360k IDR to ride with Wijaya Buyuk because it was advertised at 4hrs rather than the 4.75 or 5hrs of cheaper options (300k IDR).
I paid 17% more to travel with Wijaya only you get there later than the cheaper alternative and with bo warning or apology.

It was bumpy but there is nothing you can do about it. Also I had a Surfboard and there was no problem.
Overall very good but the boat seems a bit older so only 4 Stars. But price was fair.

Completely chaotic experience. Our ticket had an address that was wrong, so we had to walk 15 minutes to the right pier. Once we arrived, there was nobody at the counter to give us our ticket (also we found out the counter we needed to go to was Starfish, not Sunfish like our ticket said). We had to fight through crowds of people, and talked to about 8 people to finally find somebody willing to help us print a ticket and get us in the boat. We had arrived 45 minutes early and made our boat by 30 seconds, at which point there were no more seats so we stood for much of the ride. Our boat did get us to Lombok, but the entire experience was chaotic and stressful.

Departure was on time. We came to Gili ontime too, but had a 40 minutes delay, waiting our turn to go to pier (there were 2 other boats who came late and created a queue). The overall boarding and offboarding was smooth, all luggage was fine. Crew were friendly and very helpful

Completely my fault, but they changed the taxi pick up time from 7:30am to 6:30am, and had told me this in a email the night before, however I did not read this email! So completely missed the taxi and boat, as once I had made my own way there, the boat company was nowhere to be seen.
Would recommend the boat I used ‘Scoopy’ good service with a spacious boat! I’m sure they are good as well, but just check your emails next time!
