Michal BThe driver from hat yai to penang was awful. He took a private customer a lady who delayed 4 tourists for an hour at passport control. He also took her to her personal home to South penang before taking us to George town. He refused to speak with us ignoring us and did not take us to komtar which was the only terminal. He started driving around and wanted to take us to places we didn't ask for. We had to yell at him in the end. He was weird and awful. He and this woman talked between themselves. They delayed our arrival and because of traffic going southward arrived after 19:00. All of us are tourists and we're angry and tired after leaving koh tao the previous night. Totally unacceptable.

Sophie CI didn't have time to take a break between the transport (except after ferry but very early morning so everything is closed and the place I waited was remote). We never stopped in places I could buy food. It was a long way without being able to eat.
