차 자체는 정말 좋았고, 좌석도 넓고 편안해 보였습니다. 그런데 여자친구와 저는 먼저 픽업되어서 여정 내내 조수석에 앉아야 했습니다. 아쉽게도 다리 공간이 꽤 좁았습니다 (기내 반입 수하물까지 있어서 조금 좁았습니다). 설명에 따르면 고급 좌석에 앉을 거라고 생각했는데, 그렇지 않았습니다. 그 외에는 여행은 좋았습니다.

Das Auto war an sich echt gut und die Sessel sahen auch groß und gemütlich aus, nur wurden meine Freundin und ich als erstes eingesammelt und mussten die ganze Fahrt vorne sitzen also auf den Beifahrersitzen sitzen und leider war die Beinfreiheit da ziemlich eingeschränkt (war schon eher eng, da wir ja auch noch Handgepäck hatten). I wanted to let you know about the driving that we had to witness today en route to Da Lat. Firstly, the conditions were bad as we went over the mountains with rain, fog and mud on the road. Our driver was incredibly dangerous in the way he drove the vehicle in those conditions. He overtook on blind corners on occasion when vehicles (buses and cars) were coming in the other direction and putting the lives of not only us but also the other road users at risk. He was unprofessional, clearly happy to break the law and no way near the standard of a good driver of a passenger vehicle. In the whole time (3 1/2 hours) we were in the bus not a single vehicle overtook us but we overtook so many.
His speed, overtaking and dangerous conduct were completely unnecessary and dangerous. I will be providing feedback on the 12Go App about the driving standards of your company. I suggest you take action immediately before you have a very serious accident or at worst a fatality involving your vehicle and or paying customers.
Also although we booked our trip 3 days before we were told on the day that we had to sit up front with the driver, whilst the passengers behind had luxury seats, access to charging pod and we all paid the same.
This is our first trip with 12go where I have been so disappointed
