Better than the last trip we did with Sinh Tourist when we were all put on the back so did not have our own space (make sure you don't get seat numbers 36-41) but this one was fine. As usual the beds are a little short, especially for one our group who is 6'5" but that is to be expected on all semi-sleepers. Air con was also freezing cold, but again that is the same for every sleeper bus in SE Asia. So in terms of in comparison to others, Sinh Tourist still does a fantastic job!

The bus arrived h1.30 earlier so I advice u to check with your hotel if they can accept check in in advance. The WiFi was not working but the travel was good. They stopped 3 times to allow u to go to the toilet. It’s a good way if u want to save money and don’t want to waste the days during your Vietnam journey.

Voyage à prix très correct, néanmoins, très secoués sur la route. C'est agréable d'être en position couchée. A savoir, pas de toilettes dans le bus, il y a eu un arrêt de 5 minutes, sans explication (c'était la pause pipi), et plus tard un arrêt de 30 minutes. Globalement satisfaite par ce voyage.

Arrived 1 hour early. Bus was new and had pillows and blankets. Ride was a little bumpy but that’s to be expected.

The staff in the office happily looked after my bags for the day whilst I had a few hours between bus rides allowing me to explore Nha Trang. The bus left right on time so there was no waiting around which was good. It arrived in Hoi An earlier than told which meant that my hostel was not yet open so I had to wait an hour by myself. This was the only downside as the trip itself went very smoothly.

Better than we expected! We arrived at 4am instead of 6am which was slightly inconvenient. The journey was good and driver was sweet.

As others have said, arrived 90 mins early at 0430, but otherwise good service. No toilet on board but regular stops, and the WiFi worked ok. Beds are quite small if you are over 5’7

No complaints about this bus journey except for the fact that we arrived two hours ahead of schedule... at 4:30am. I’ve also spoken to other travelers who took this same sleeper bus and experienced the same inappropriate arrival time. There were local taxi drivers waiting to pounce on us when we arrived in Hoi An as well so you know this is the routine. Make sure your hotel/hostel is expecting you early.

The staff was friendly, and the driver was ok. We were glad to see that the bus was clean, and the road was not too bumpy. Not much space for your day pack nor legroom, but all in all a good way to get from Nha Trang to Hoi an :)
