심술궂은 운전자, 그것은 나트랑의 버스 정류장 근처에 도착했고 우리는 버스에 도착하기 위해 긴 거리를 걸어야 했습니다. 교환원은 우리 자리가 다른 사람들이 차지하고 있는 줄도 모르고 우리를 안으로 밀어넣고 있었습니다. 복도는 매우 작아서 어린 사람도 돌아다니기 어려웠습니다(어쩌면 어린이에게는 좋을 수도 있습니다). 버스는 화장실과 재충전을 위해 한 번만 정차했는데, 12시간 동안 버스에 머물러야 하고 버스 내부에 화장실이 없으면 전혀 좋지 않습니다. 지난 3/4시간은 운전자가 계속해서 경적을 울리기 시작했고 내부에는 침묵에 대한 정책도 없었기 때문에 끔찍했습니다. 이는 승객들이 휴대폰에서 매우 큰 볼륨으로 비디오를 재생하여 다른 모든 승객들을 방해하곤 했다는 것을 의미합니다. 전반적으로 다시는 반복하지 않을 끔찍한 경험이었습니다!

Grumpy operator, it arrived near the bus station in Nha Trang and we had to walk a long piece of street to arrive at the bus. The operator was pushing us inside without knowing our seats, which were occupied by other people. The corridor was very small and difficult to move around even for a little person (maybe could be good for a child). The bus stopped just once for toilet and refill, not good at all when you have to stay in the bus for 12 hours and there is no toilet inside the bus. The last 3/4 hours were terrible because the driver started to horn continuously and also there was no policy for silence inside, meaning that passengers used to play videos on their phones at a very loud volume, disturbing all the other passengers. Overall it was a terrible experience, that I will not repeat again!

2단으로 된 3열의 침대. 장소와 통로가 매우 좁습니다. USB 충전도 잘 되고, 커튼도 빛이 들어오지 않게 편리하게 고정되어 있었어요. 에어컨이 작동했습니다.

Три ряда спальных мест в два яруса. Места и проходы очень узкие. Usb зарядка работала, шторы удобно фиксировались, чтобы не попадал свет. Кондиционер работал.

도착했을 때 데스크에 있던 에이전트는 별로 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 출발 시간이 다가와서 버스를 타야 할지, 언제 타야 할지 물었더니 5분이라고만 했습니다. 버스는 시끄럽고 시끄러운 지역 주민을 태우기 위해 계속 정차했습니다. 버스는 호이안으로 가는 '고속도로' 교차로 옆에 우리를 내려주었습니다.

Agent at the desk upon arrival was not very helpful, as we approached our departure time and were therefore asking if and when we should board the bus she would just say 5 minutes. The bus also kept stopping to pick up locals who were loud and noisy. The bus dropped us on the side of an ‘motorway’ road junction for Hoi An.

버스는 사랑스러웠다. 정말 새것이었고 실제 VIP 침목이었습니다. 저는 키 185cm인데 기장이 딱 좋았어요. 침대도 넓었어요. 전체적으로 매우 편안했습니다. USB 충전기가 작동했습니다. 버스가 예정보다 일찍 출발했기 때문에 12GoAsia가 제안한 대로 30분 일찍 도착했습니다. 우리도 목적지에 일찍 도착했어요! 단점은 버스 운전사가 담배를 피우고 있다는 점이었습니다. 그들은 또한 서로에게 소리를 지르고 잠을 방해하는 내내 경적을 울리는 것 같았습니다.

The bus was lovely. It was really new and it was an actual VIP sleeper. I'm 185cm tall and it was a good length. The bed was also wide. It was very comfy overall. The USB chargers worked. The bus left earlier than it was meant to so I would arrive the 30 mins prior as 12GoAsia suggest. We also arrived at our destination early! The negatives were the bus drivers were smoking which was disgusting. They also seemed to be shouting to eachother and beeping the horn the whole time which disturbed sleep.

나트랑에서 다낭까지 갔는데 한시간 정도 연착됐어요. 게다가 우리는 일등석 객실에 바퀴벌레가 들끓어서 잠을 잘 수 없었고, 오전 5시에 몇몇 베트남인들이 담배를 피우고 두리안을 먹기 시작했습니다. 우리는 훨씬 더 편안한 일반 2등석으로 기차를 타고 올라가야 했습니다. 안타깝게도 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.

Got from Nha Trang to Da Nang but were delayed an hour. Additionally we couldn't sleep due to the cockroach infestation in our first class cabin, and at 5am several Vietnamese began smoking and eating durian. We had to move up the train to the regular second-class seats which were much more comfortable - sadly no refund is on offer.

그렇게 하라는 지시가 없었는데, 버스에 오르기 전에 신발을 벗지 않아서 운전사에게 스프레이를 맞았습니다. 운전사는 밤새도록 아무 이유 없이 계속 차를 세웠습니다. 화장실에 들르기 위해 차를 세워야 했다면 걱정하지 마세요. 하지만 담배 냄새가 났기 때문에 담배를 피웠을 가능성이 더 큽니다. 침대는 작고 불편했지만 가장 저렴한 옵션이었기 때문에 지불한 만큼의 대가를 받을 수 있었습니다. 다음에 조금 더 지불하고 다음 단계로 올라갈 겁니다.

Without instructions to do so, I copped a spray from the driver because I didn’t take my shoes off before stepping up onto the bus. Throughout the night the driver kept pulling over for what seemed like no reason. If he had to stop for a toilet break no worries, it was more likely a smoke though because the cabin stunk of cigarettes. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, but it was the cheapest option so you get what you pay for. Id pay a little extra and get the next level up next time.

운전자는 버스에서 담배를 피웠고, 갑자기 불이 켜졌고, 정류장에 대한 의사 소통이 없었고, 영어 지식이 부족했습니다. 좌석 관리는 더 자주 해야 하며(하나는 떨어져 나갔음) 베개와 담요의 위생 상태는 좋지 않습니다. 아마도 자주 세탁하지 않을 것입니다.

Driver smoked in the bus, light was suddenly on, no communication about the stops, bad English knowledge. Maintaining of the seats should be more often (one was falling apart) and the hygiene of the pillows as well as the blankets is poor - probably not that often washed.

직원들은 친절하고, 운전사는 훌륭하고, 시간은 잘 지켰지만, 불행히도 버스에는 서스펜션이 거의 없었고 좌석이 찢어졌습니다.

Zuvorkommende, umsichtige Mitarbeiter*innen, exzellenter Fahrer, pünktlich, aber leider Bus mit kaum Federung und aufgerissenen Liegen.

우리는 일반 슬리퍼를 예약했지만 결국 VIP 버스가 되어서 각자의 객실을 갖게 되었습니다. 기대했던 것보다 훨씬 좋았고 버스에 있는 직원 중 한 명이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 거친 승차감 때문에 잠을 못 잤지만 그 외에는 문제가 없었습니다.

We had booked a regular sleeper but it ended up being a VIP bus so we had our own individual cabins. It was much better than expected and one of the staff on the bus was very nice and helpful. We didn’t sleep due to the rough ride but other than that there were no problems.

I never gave bad reviews, but on this bus journey i have unpleasant experience. I speak to local and this is most expensive bus in Vietnam. and almost reviewed sleeper bus in Nha thrang to Da Nang like 2-3 stars only. Hard to find a good one. Departure location : in petrolimex. My departure time 9.30 PM but i was in Coopmart from 8.00, then but bus go early from 9.20. (Departure like 9.15ish PM [so you need to be there early too]. The cabin was okay, big space and gave a bottle of water, have charger and light too. Driver honks all the way, don't expect to sleep, and the bus was very fast. I say this because I've been on a sleeper bus from PP to HCM, 2 years ago and this trip i went from HCM to Dalat, and Dalat to Nha thrang, and this is a trip from Nha thrang to Da Nang. One stop for rest room, like 5 mins (around 2ish AM), then at 5ish AM suddenly i was shouted that Da Nang stop must get off here. even though it is still far from Hoi An or Da Nang, then i checked gmaps and look still far from Da Nang and they said *no no you get off here* (that's really nowhere) but i am grateful there was 1 passenger who is also going to Da Nang, after we got off they moved us to a local mini bus (seat). this is very uncomfortable, still 1.5 hours from Da Nang. (Because what i think we will use bus all the way) to bus stop in Da Nang. But Nope ! this mini bus stop every 3-5 mins to pick up passengers who get on and off, the surprising part is most of them are farmers and locals who are going to work bring many things, some even bring chickens inside. very smelly and uncomfortable. Even few passengers cough non stop (they didn’t cover their mouth when they cough and sneezing) I feel just wanna go out be honest. from 1.5 hours in van/mini bus ended almost more than 2 hours. and they stopped us at Hoa Khanh 16. ( Hoa Khanh gas station) but the location is still outside the city. Then go out and booked a grab from here. I’m Glad there was Grab service in that area. Even i paid 275k VND to my hotel near beach. I’m safe arrived in Da Nang, but i think that’s only one time, and be honest if you have little budget better take a flight. I want to tell every journey might be different but i tell my story in review so people will know and expect the same if they through this journey.
