19시 15분경 티켓 예매(04시 15분 방콕 도착) 대신 19시 30분경 티켓 수령 차 안에 식수와 간식, 이불은 있지만 에어컨이 제법 춥다. 좌석과 에어컨의 차가움 때문에 잘 수 없습니다. 도중에 음식을 먹으러 정차하고 20분 정도 화장실을 다녀온 후 06:00에 목적지에 도착해야 합니다.

역과 버스에서 매우 도움이되는 직원.

방콕을 출발한 지 2시간 만에 버스의 유압 펌프가 고장나서 새 버스를 타기 위해 3시간을 기다렸지만 여행은 좋았습니다. Donsak은 배를 타고 코사무이로 이동합니다. 확실히 가장 저렴한 방법입니다.

버스가 꽤 편안하면 판매되는 VIP가 아닙니다. 수랏타니에서 출발할 때 버스 정류장에서는 사람들이 정말 친절했지만 버스에서는 달랐습니다! 버스는 예정된 시간보다 20분 전에 떠났고 다행히 우리는 여기에 있었고 방콕에서는 우리가 남쪽 터미널로 가야 하는 동안 그들은 우리를 짜뚜짝에서 내려야 했습니다. 그것은 같은 것이 아닙니다! 전반적으로 시내로 이동합니다! 이것은 정확하지 않습니다! 더 이상 Suthrep 투어를 추천하지 않습니다!

All good, just wish we knew more details about the trip (i.e. time for dinner etc.). Also, the plug near our seat was broken but the bus was half empty so we could charge in another seat. Finally, they stop in one of these local gas station, dinner is included in the ticket but in case you don't fancy local food there's no much more to choose from so go prepared. As for the rest, all very kind and blanket and water provided too. The seats are comfortable too.

I was running late for the bus due to traffic from Siem Reap, and asked if I can change my ticket to the following day. They said no, non refunding and no changing.

Good trip

Smooth experience. The southern Bus station in Bangkok is ,as another rider reviewed, comically dysfunctional.

The trip itself was okay, but unfortunately, the place we told we was getting dropped off at was miles away from where we actually stopped. Which meant that we couldn't get to our hotel (which we booked for opposite where we was supposed to be dropped off according to 12Go). So we lost out on a precious few hours sleep and 460 baht for the hotel and another 250 to get us near to where we had to be the following morning. If you book this journey, be cautious as to where you actually stop.

It was a very comfortable ride. They dropped us of just where we needed to be, so that was perfect

This is a good service. The buse was clean and well equipped with aircraft type seats, usb power point and plenty of space. Complimentary food and water is provided. The staff even confirm your onward destination so they can leave you at the correct place. The only reason I did not give a 5 ratings was because he bus left a little late so I missed my ideal ferry journey.

It was okay the bus driver and his helper was nice bus was dirty especially the seats but they give u comfy clean blankets snack and water. We arrived exactly on time. Seat recline back

trip started on time and everything else was ok, no complaints. used this service several time now all data ok as promised. don't complain in Thailand about a 30 minutes delay, since this could be rather normal. Started from here phuketpenang.trvge.com

Big upside....Bus goes to Mochit 1st before going to South Terminal, so for those wanting to travel beyond Bangkok you're able to get minivan or bus at Mochit. The trip is safe and quiet. Drivers seemed very professional and accommodating. Would definitely use again, and would certainly recommend.

Everything as it was described to be!

Leave with 30min delay, Arrive with 1h30 delay. Open the light 1h30 before the arrival whereas we could still sleep.

Arrive to late to bus terminal in Bangkok. But got a bus later without extra charge. So overall good. One minus due to little un helpfull staff at terminal in begining

Defect seats, eating break at midnight

There was no WiFi on the bus, though it was written outside the vehicle. This Expressbus was almost 2 hours late when it arrived the end stop (southern busterminal) in Bankok.

The trip on a VIP bus was lovely, but I rated 3 stars because the pickup and drop off points were wrong for Satun-Bangkok! Please know that Sri Suthep Tour operates from the main Satun Bus Terminal, whatever your voucher says. Could have been in trouble if had less time before departure. In Bangkok the bus arrived to a different Terminal as well, but that's not so bad. Ask your bus driver just in case when you board the bus to know for sure.

Very comfy and clean bus, water and blanket was perfect bonus. And 12GO wrote me a text where to go in bus terminal for ticket. Good company.

Bus and driver were good but helper was not. No announcement for terminal, so I got off at northern thinking was finished. Other buses helper always announce stips and let me know in English.

Really enjoyable bus ride to Khanom. Full service and very comfortable seats. Only negative aspect: the air con was way too cold.

The journey was pleasant and confortable. I appreciated the blanket and the bottle of water. The conditioned air was however too strong and I was cold for the entire journey.

Very good clean and comfortable bus. Goes really fast. Would have been nice if aircon wouldn't freeze the air. Although blankets were handed out to passangers.

It was easier picking up the tickets than buying at the station. The language barrier was bridged through booking with 12go

Overall the seats were comfy, the AC cold and the trip uneventful. Unfortunately the USB charging port was broken, we had two people on a mat behind us laying on the floor and several cockroaches that would visit us periodically throughout the night. While advertisered as VIP it was not.

As buses go very comfy, reclining seats, USB charger, water, snack and a meal provided at the stop

Comfortable seats, we got offered free water, cookies and a blanket (or actually towel). Only took us 9 hours to get from Suratthani to Bangkok! However the toilet was disqusting.

It was a pleasent journey. Only weird thing was that the bus arrived to Mochit bus station instead of the southern station, but for me that was only a good thing as i needed to take the BTS.

Good ride, as comfy as u can be on a bus filled with people. Driver doesn't speak english so you better know where you're going. I missed my stop and had to pay a motor taxi to get me back to where i was going. Other than that it's all good.

It was a painless, fairly comfortable trip. The seat had a surprisingly large amount of legroom. The A/C was cold, but I was prepared for that. (Always bring a sweater for Thai bus rides!) The only difficult part was finding my way around Satthani Sai Tai Mai, the Southern Bus Station. It's a comically dysfunctional bus station, with the ticketing areas set in the middle of a run-down shopping mall's upper floor. There are a few cryptic overhead signs that point passengers in directions, but after you walk in that direction you find no further signs telling you where to go. It is rather like a forest footpath that turns into a faint deer trail and then just disappears. There is no directory for the different travel companies, so you must either ask or walk around and around. (Luckily, I read Thai. Few travel companies have English signs.) The Information Desk is well-hidden, safely tucked away between venders where it cannot be noticed unless a lost passenger accidentally stumbles upon it. Signs direct passengers to the Ground Floor for platforms, but when you reach the Mezzanine you will see signs directing you to return back to Floor 2 for platforms 25 and up. Once back on Floor 2, you can follow the signs and after a couple times around the space you should stumble on the way to the platforms. What a funny bus station!

It was good. It wasn't a VIP bus, but the comfort was OK. The seat was fairly comfortable. My day pack with laptop and camera fit in the overhead bin, which was nice. I would take that bus again.

The ticket office was confusing as I was sent to at least 5 desks before being sent to the right one and nearly missed my train.

Comfortable seats and huuuge room for legs, clean blankets in plastic bags, I slept during the half of the travel. Bus moved on time from Bangkok (taxi with meter took 110 baht from khaosan street to the southern terminal) and arrived on time to Khanom. At the beginning of the journey there was a simple american movie on tv in thai language (not too loud) but easy to understand the topic. They give you water and snac before the bus moves. Wc in the bus. Stops one time around midnight for like 20 min.

The bus itself was great and comfortable. We received drinks and even food. It is not the best way the travel to the islands. You can't go further from the station you arrive on
