적절한. USB 충전기가 작동했고 물과 간식도 괜찮습니다. 안전한 여행이 있었고 일찍 도착했습니다. 나콘차이에어보다 비싸지만 더 좋은 제품은 아니다. 버스는 낡았다.

넓고 넓은 좌석이 마음에 들었습니다. 운전자는 매우 좋았습니다. 서비스는 좋았습니다.

오래된 1층 버스. 좌석 간 간격이 좁습니다. 운전사가 끔찍하게 운전해서 도로에 비상 상황을 만들었습니다. VIP는 나쁘고 급행은 나쁩니다. Mukdahan이 각 마을에서 승객을 태우기 전에. Mukdahan에 한 시간 늦게 도착했습니다.

승무원은 사랑스럽고 제 시간에 목적지에 도착했으며 버스는 꽤 조용했습니다. 그러나 나는 지역 버스 정류장에서 약 25바트 더 싼 표를 샀고 모든 좌석에 충전기가 있어서 훨씬 더 좋았습니다. 이 버스의 의자는 편안하지 않았고 좌석 사이에 팔걸이도 없었으며 USB 플러그인도 없었습니다.

버스는 티켓과 내 소원대로 모칫에 도착하지 않고 사하판 로이에 투어 역에 도착했다. 차장은 물론 그것에 대해 영어로 한 마디도 할 수 없었지만, 사실 티켓에 올바른 목적지를 적는 것은 교환원에게 달려 있습니다. PS샌드위치도 꽤 맛있고 신선했는데 왜 아침에 쥬스 안주고..

출발 시간은 정확했습니다. 간단한 간식은 괜찮았지만, 미지근한 물을 제공했네요. 왜 VIP라고 부르는지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 가격은 적당했습니다.

모든 것이 괜찮고 시간이 지났지만 버스 내부는 얼음처럼 차갑습니다. 짧은 바지는 절대 입지 마세요.

맛없는 간식, 불편한 승차감, 첫 경험과는 완전히 달랐습니다.

지역 고속버스 터미널의 훌륭한 경험. 나는 (아마도) 독특한 외국인 고객이기 때문에 모든 직원이 나를 보살펴줍니다.

앞좌석은 완전히 뒤로 젖혀져 있고 등받이는 무릎에 부착되어 있기 때문에 좌석간 거리를 확인해야 하며, 발판을 떼고 다리를 바닥에 대고 있어도 무릎이 움직이지 않습니다.

방콕에서 출발하는 버스는 한 시간 이상 늦게 출발했습니다. 안전벨트가 작동하지 않아 묵다한에 도착하는 데 한 시간 반이 늦었습니다. 그래서 나는 라오스로 가는 국제버스를 놓쳤다. VIP에게 너무 많은 것

2시간 40분 늦게 도착. 이 때문에 Savannaketk에 있는 영사관에 가려면 택시를 타야 했습니다.

저처럼 키가 크신 분들을 위해 미리 알려드립니다. A6 좌석은 계단 바로 앞에 있습니다. 등받이가 뒤로 젖혀지지 않는다는 단점이 있지만, 다리를 쭉 뻗을 수도 없다는 뜻이기도 합니다.

처음에는 너무 추웠고 에어컨은 정말 너무 강했습니다. 식사는 제공되지 않고 약간의 간식만 제공되는데 제가 예약할 때는 식사가 있다고 하더군요. 버스는 정시에 편안했습니다.

구형차 연합, 전동시트는 작동하지 않습니다.

좋은 점: 너무 춥지 않았어요!(종종 그렇듯이요). 버스는 정시에 출발하고, 간식과 물을 먹었고, 밤에 식사를 하러 멈췄어요. 유일하게 모자란 건 잠을 잘 때 머리를 받쳐줄 무언가였어요.

두 달 전에 더 좋은 좌석이나 아래층 좌석을 예약할 수 없는 이유를 알고 싶습니다!!!

미국에서 출발한 이 버스 회사는 제가 20년 넘게 이용해 본 여러 회사 중 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 온라인 예약도 편리했고요. 모든 것이 완벽했고, 무엇보다 예상치 못한 문제가 전혀 없었습니다. 온라인 예약은 버스 터미널의 컴퓨터로 확인되었고, 버스는 정시에 도착했습니다. 버스 터미널이 사람들로 꽉 차 있었는데도 직원들이 제가 제대로 된 버스를 탈 수 있도록 친절하게 도와주었습니다. 버스 상태는 3~4점 정도로 좋았습니다. 더 새 버스도, 훨씬 더 낡은 버스도 많이 봤는데, 이 버스는 깨끗하고 좌석도 넉넉하고 다리 공간도 충분했습니다. 좌석 진동 기능도 있었고, TV는 추가 요금이었지만 비행기에 더 가까운 느낌이었습니다. 키 185cm인 저에게도 편안했고, 다음에 방콕에 오게 된다면 12go.asia를 통해 다시 이용할 생각입니다. 가격도 매우 저렴했고, 페이팔로 온라인 결제도 가능했습니다. 방콕을 출발할 때 폭우가 쏟아졌는데도 버스 안 통로를 걸어 다녔지만, "새는 곳 하나 없었다"고 하더군요. 운이 좋았나 봅니다. 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 나와서 버스 안은 아주 쾌적했고, 제공된 담요도 유용하게 사용했습니다. 목베개가 있었다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다.

plenty of room in the seats,the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, so thats why i gave it 5 stars no complaints at all off me and will use them again next time i go 2 Mukdahan for sure.

All good , unfortunately I was in front of some pain in the butt people who kept kicking the back of my seat

First of, technically this wasn't a VIP trip, but a 1st class - don't know what the difference is, could just see from the counter that VIP is 150 baht more than the one I had. Regardless of the status, these busses are just not comfortable. It may look luxurious and the seats are wider than standard (only 3 per row), but they are hard and extremely uncomfortable. They cut off the blood from your legs and it's impossible to find a good position for sleeping, since the back is just not made for human anatomy. And not sure what designer still thinks that leather is a good idea... On the upside, the bus left on time and arrived only 20 mins late, according to schedule. The staff was friendly and professional. If you're doing a night ride then bring ear plugs and eye mask, as they tend to start letting people off every so often for the last couple hours. Neck pillow goes without saying. Blankets were provided along with a bottle of water and a snack. 20 min. break halfway.

Seat did not lay flat as I have had in the past, food awful, driver too fast and my case was temporarily stolen by people boarding the bus to Savannaket at Mukdahan. Luckily I recognised it

Buying a ticket online meant a) I paid 2 extra service fees, and b) that when I went to check in at the desk at Mo Chit station, nobody knew what to do. I was literally sent to 8 desks before someone just told me to go to Platform 47 to wait for my bus. Turns out my bus was coming to platform 49, but luckily the lady at 47 was able to help me. Also, seats are designed for short people, so anyone over 5' 5", be ready to be uncomfortable the whole time. They include a sandwich with the ticket, but honestly I would have rather had a slight price drop and no food. This bus cost 150 baht more than "Gold" service bus, as it's supposed to be VIP, but I saw literally no difference between the 2 levels of service (I took gold last time). Bus was supposed to arrive at Mukdahan at 0600, we arrived after 0715. Not a big deal, except that i needed to be in line at the Thai embassy as early as possible, and being delayed over an hour makes a huge difference where/if one will get a spot in line (because from Mukdahan there are still several more processes and buses to to go through before finally arriving to the Embassy or wherever the final destination is.)

I have always used this bus service. It was just so comfortable with all the comforts one would need. However I stepped on the bus on Wednesday night and couldn't recognize it anymore. I had no television screen and charging port for my phone. The massage chair wasn't working and the aircons were leaking. The only reason I have given two stars is because the onboard staff and service still remains top notch. Come on Sahaphan Tours please maintain your buses and keep your passengers comfy on those long trips.

They told me they were overbooked ( I purchased my tix several days before and had seat assignment). They wanted me to sit in the seat next to the driver. Which I did for a moment bc I needed to get to my destination. Then I realized I paid for vip and should receive some sort of refund-discount. I spoke with the woman at the desk and she confirmed my seat. She then told the driver and then I was allowed to go to my seat. I am truly confused as to why they would not let me go to the top of the bus. When I got to my seat and we left ... there were two open seats.

Disappointing. Old bus old chairs. Airco too cold. Chairs too small. Blankets to sort. Ceiling was wet because the airco. Drups of condensatie water kept falling from the ceiling on my body at a rate of about 1 per five minutes..... disturbing my sleep.

Comfy seats and a snack provided. No problems with trip. Make sure you take a jacket but a blanket is provided. Will use this company again

The bus and the journey were excellent. But the conductor could learn at least some english words, I suggest : stop, ten minutes, where do you get off, meal... Thank you. Alena

The VIP24 is pretty disappointing, it appeared that the VIP32 buses were much newer and from the outside did not appear much less spacious. But the only seats available via 12go are right above the toilet, so you get intermittent bus-toilet stench. Does not begin to compare with Nakhonchai Air, next time I’ll choose less space without the toilet stench.

No bad surprises, easy trip. Blankets are provided so you don't need to pack any clothing for the extensive A/C ...though not every seat has a usb-charger.

Monitor broken. Chair massage broken. Otherwise ok.

We missed our bus, our fault. In spite of that, they went to incredible lengths to get us on another bus and to arrive at Mukdahan as quickly as possible. The bus was extremely comfortable, very well driven and we were very well cared and catered for. They were exceptional.

Comfortable journey, no problems. Bus wasn't new but was fine, and they provided snacks and water.

The host in the bus was a very rude young kid. The blanket smelled so bad that I wanted to vomit the entire time we were traveling. The TV wasn't working properly and the AC was turned on very high while it had need raining all night.
