안타깝게도 페리 탑승 전까지 화장실이 없었습니다. 운전기사는 영어를 전혀 못 했습니다. 안타깝게도 제 앞줄 좌석이 고장 나서 다리를 뻗을 공간이 없었습니다. 그래도 다행히 시간은 꽤 잘 지켰습니다.

매우 친절했습니다. 공항 근처 택시 승강장에서 버스를 내려주셨습니다.

운송업체는 매우 친절했고 시간도 잘 지켰습니다! 다만 최종 하차 장소가 명확하게 표시되어 있지 않았습니다. 호텔인지 항구인지 알 수 없었습니다. 숙소는 항구에서 6분 거리였지만, 환승 구역에는 속하지 않았습니다. 아무런 안내도 없이 항구에 내려줬고, 호텔까지 택시비로 700바트가 추가로 들었습니다.

우리는 이미 일찍 출발해서 일찍 도착했습니다. 밴은 그렇게 편안하지 않았는데, 꽉 차 있었고 짐이 사방에 널려 있었기 때문입니다. 하지만 2시간 30분 요금에 저렴합니다.

모든 게 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 미니밴 안에서 다리 사이 어딘가에 짐을 넣어야 했기 때문에 별점 하나를 뺐습니다.

12go 측에서는 "모든 연결편이 보장된다"고 했고, 우리는 11시 50분에 도착 예정이었지만, 결국 배가 오기를 45분이나 기다려야 했고 오후 1시에 도착했습니다.

Koh Samet에 안전하게 도착했지만 조직화되지 않은 작은 느낌이 들었습니다. 도중에 약간의 정지가 있었고 우리가 언제 나가야 하는지 명확하게 전달되지 않았습니다.

버스는 정시에 출발했고, 우리는 소변을 보려고 두 번 정차했습니다. 버스를 타고 도착하니 승무원이 우리를 바로 태워주었고, 5분 정도 기다린 후 단체로 안전하게 페리까지 걸어갔습니다. 거기서 또 5분을 기다렸습니다. 스피드보트(페리)는 빠르고 가끔씩 덜컹거렸지만 매우 즐거웠습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠고, 특히 저렴한 가격에 더욱 만족스러웠습니다.

원래 시간인 9:30보다 약 10분 늦게 방콕을 출발했고, 지역 주민을 태우기 위해 몇 번 정차했습니다. 오후 1시경에 반페 부두에 도착한 후, 스피드보트로 갈아타서 오후 1:30에 코사멧에 도착했습니다. 모두 매우 잘 조직되었습니다!

Koh Samet에서 Koh Chang까지 보트, 미니 버스 및 페리로 여행은 훌륭했습니다. 제 시간에.

매우 빠르고 효율적인 운송이었습니다. 모든 것이 정확히 시간에 맞춰 진행되었습니다.

Good clean ride and on time on Sunday morning to Koh Samet. As soon as we checked in at the counter in Ekkamai bus station we were able to get on the bus. FYI the tickets have the seat number on them. Bus was maybe half full. Once on a lady came to check the tickets and count everyone. The bus was clean and the seats wide and comfy enough for a size 18 US lady :D Driver did a good job, he had a 'co pilot' who gave everyone a bottle of water as soon as we departed. Maybe 30min later once we were out of the city the same guy can around and gave us all McChicken sandwiches - what?! How are they even making a proffit with these gas prices and MacDonalds? 555 But everyone was happy munching away so khopkun ka! We made a short restroom stop in ChonBuri province. Then maybe 1hr later already we got to Rayong, Nuanthip Pier. No stopping by to pickup more travelers, no going through Pattaya. Nice! There we got off the bus and those with specific sticker (given on the bus according to what boat or ferry company would take us to the island) were taken for a few min in a songtaew to their office and then again to the correct pier for the boat. We had chosen the ferry which takes a bit longer than the speedboat (max 30min ride only though) and is less bumpy ride and cheaper. We were just 4 passengers on the cute pink ferry and 100% enjoyed the ride. I hope they will get more passengers so all locals can earn more. Would definitely pick PN Group bus + ferry again.

The minibus was in the twilight of its life. The window next to us rattled the entire journey. Also, a bearing in the transmission made a bad noise - the entire journey. The suspension and shock absorption gave out at the slightest bump and would not pass inspection. The worst bus journey I've had in three weeks. Stuff of PN Group was very helpfull and lovely, so thanks to them our trip was not a total swizzle.

Kind staff, driver drives safe, little bit old bus but comfortable seats. Free water is great, but the mcd burger is not healthy and unnecessery. Good service overall.

The staff were helpful & friendly, service on time but the guy who took us there on motorbike cart was so impolite asking for tips before we arrived to the pier. I took other boats before & they never asked for tips like this guy

Great experiance and easy to book, check in and travel. Flexiable as well as booked for a 11:00 speedboat, but managed to get on a 10:30. Great!

Excellent service friendly staff and great price

Booked the normal big bus on the way to Koh samet, bus ride was comfortable and on time, gave us food and water. The speedboat journey was chaos though, allow 1hr+ window waiting around for the 15min ride. Took the more expensive van option on way back to airport, no food/water was provided.

Incredible service. Top-notch, the best I've experienced on any trip. The organization was excellent. I bought a boat and bus ticket, and received a private speedboat transfer and a private taxi to the city. A motorbike takes me from the pier to the office. The office is equipped with seating areas, tables, chairs, and benches. Air conditioning, fans, and a restroom are also available. The reception staff are very polite and professional and will help you purchase tickets to any destination. The customer service is amazing. I've never written a review before, but I can't help but mention this service. I highly recommend it!

Everything was great. The team at Ban Phe pier was extremely polite. The only downside was the bus driver from Ekkamai bus terminal. He took extra money from us, 20 baht, just to put our luggage into the bus. This really shocked me and my partner as we thought everything was paid for. But since we are tourists and looking forward to our trip, we obliged. Didn’t expect to be charged extra money.

The transfer with the speedboat was perfect, the whole service was excellent from reception at the office, transport to the pier directly to the boat to fast departure even much earlier than the booked time. We recommend highly PN Group and would book there again without hesitation.

Experience was very good. We forgot 1 bag on the bus, we contact ed the team via whatsapp, the driver found the bag and they Sens It over tò Koh samet the next day. Big thank you!!

Our trip from Bangkok to Koh Samet was great: Comfortable big bus + water + McDonald's hamburger + toilet stop. On time.

Everything was good (the boat ride, helpful staff, nice waiting area, comfortable van) - until the last stop. It looked like the driver forgot that there was a Walking Street stop, even though most of the passengers wanted to get off there. He only stopped (on the road side) when we reminded him of it, and just told us to walk in a pointed direction (half an hour walk in a heat).

All in all, I was happy with the experience and we got to our destination perfectly on time. However, I did get the impression that your experience and itinerary depends a bit on how many people are booked on the same journey, so here's how it went for us. While we initially received a receipt of the itinerary we booked on 12GO, we were subsequently provided with different tickets on a bus by a different operator, leaving from a different platform, to the city of Rayong leaving at 09:30 (instead of 09:00). Since Rayong was very close to the pier, and after double-checking with the staff, we decided to go with it. We were told our bus had some problem. Once we reached Rayong bus station, we were almost immediately picked up by a car which drove us the last 30 minutes to the pier, where we were received by the actual agency responsible for the trip. The staff at the local bus company to Rayong seemed only vaguely aware of the itinerary arrangements, as they were only responsible for the bus journey between Mochit and Rayong and couldn't really tell us what would happen from there. However, everyone was friendly and kept an eye out on us to ensure we got on and off at the right stop, and despite departing late we arrived well on time at Ko Samet in the end. Looking back on it, we seemed to be the only 2 people booked on the 09:00 bus from Mochit to Ko Samet, so I suspect they simply cancelled the direct bus and re-routed us this way. Having traveled in Asia before, I simply asked a couple of times to ensure they knew what they were doing, but otherwise just trusted the system to work out (which it did) even if I didn't completely knew what went on in the moment. So overall great experience, just go with the flow a bit if you book this itinerary and things will work out :)
