미니밴은 낡아서 편안하지 않았지만 여행에는 충분했습니다.

미니밴 찾기가 조금 어려웠어요. 밴에 노란색 진주색이 보이면 됩니다. 운전기사분도 다른 손님들을 태우러 입구까지 걸어오셨어요. 예정 시간보다 늦었지만, 중간에 멈추지 않고 바로 호텔까지 데려다주셨습니다. 나쁘지 않았어요.

네. 운전기사분이 20분 늦긴 했지만, 그 후로는 모든 게 순조로웠어요.

훌륭한 서비스였습니다! 교통 체증 때문에 픽업 장소에 조금 늦게 도착했지만, 담당자와 빠르고 쉽게 소통한 후 기사님이 기다려 주셨습니다. 좌석도 편안했고, 목적지까지 더 빨리 도착할 수 있었습니다.

훌륭했습니다. 정해진 시간에 호텔에서 픽업이 되었고, 중간에 소변 휴식 시간도 있었고, 부두에도 정해진 시간에 도착했습니다!

아쉽게도 픽업 서비스는 지정된 호텔에서만 이용 가능했습니다. 또한 페리를 기다리는 데 약 2시간이 걸렸습니다... 그 외에는 모든 것이 완벽했습니다.

훌륭한 회사 덕분에 화장실이나 식사를 위해 15분 정도 정차해야 했는데도 정시에 페리에 탑승할 수 있었습니다. 운전기사분께서 데스크에서 모든 사람의 페리 티켓을 받아가시고 출발 시간을 알려주셨습니다. 정말 체계적으로 잘 안내해 주셨습니다! 다시 예약하고 싶습니다.

정시에 호텔에서 픽업되었습니다. 우리는 짧은 기착지와 함께 작고 편안한 밴을 타고 페리까지 갔습니다. 그런 다음 페리를 타세요. 모든 것이 잘 정리되어 있었습니다. 감사합니다

광고된 도착 시간은 계획된 적이 없었습니다. 사람들이 이 회사에서 예약하도록 유인하기 위한 것이라는 것은 분명했습니다. 다행히 부두에서 픽업을 미리 예약하지 않아서 한 시간 이상 기다려야 했습니다... 미니밴은 정말 작아서 4시간 동안 운전하는 동안 통조림에 담긴 정어리처럼 느껴졌습니다. "고급 미니밴"은 확실히 뭔가 다른 것입니다!

예약할 때는 픽업이라고 되어 있지만 확인하면 호텔에서 픽업하지 않고 다른 호텔로 가야 한다고 말할 수 있습니다. 이런 일이 제게도 있었습니다. 그런 다음 그들은 제 호텔 맞은편에서 픽업했습니다. 그래서 돈과 시간을 낭비했습니다. 스트레스가 많았습니다.

나는 여행에서 30 분 동안 내리고 미니 버스를 갈아 타라는 말을 들었습니다 (괜찮 았고, 나만해야했기 때문에 약간 혼란 스러웠습니다). 이로 인해 여행이 지연된 것 같았고 미니 버스 기사가 거부했습니다. 여행을 중지합니다. 누군가는 필사적으로 멈춰서서 2분 동안 길가에 차를 세웠지만 별로 달가워하지 않았습니다. 페리는 훌륭했습니다!

순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 운전기사가 기분이 나쁘지 않은 듯해서 버스를 타고 3시간 정도 걸렸고, 그런 다음 돈삭에서 페리를 타고 정확히 시간에 도착했습니다.

매우 부드럽고 쉽습니다. 유일한 것은 우리가 차량을 변경해야 할 때 등 내내 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지 확신하지 못했다는 것입니다.

We haven been more then one our later. We had 2 very long breaks. One with a transfer and bus change in Krabi Town from 11 - 11:30 o’clock an then at the harbour from 11:50-12:00 o’clock. The second driver drove like shit, very dangerous even when there where kids on board. Only a second star because he drove us to the accomodation

The mini pickup van driver and the service was very good but the transfer to bus from Krabi Bus terminal was not a nice experience. Even though I informed the conductor or helper that I have back pain and would like to sit in the front or middle as they were vacant. He still gave me the last seat in the bus which was broken even though there were enough seats in the front end (I do have a video of the broken seat and front rows seats available to share). He also asked the Thai lady (even though I am a girl myself) sitting beside me to sit in the front row - felt like discrimination. I heard that Indians are not treated well in many countries and that can be because of few people who might have created issues in the past but not everyone is the same. Don’t have to treat a person a certain way unless you found them in a misconducting behaviour. They are good and bad people in every place - plz don’t stereotyping and discriminating 🙏 India is a very respectable country. Rather than judging few things on social media. Do visit our country to experience our hospitality. We treat every guest as gods literally as that our belief system & give huge respect to everyone. This is my first Asian country that I visited but I’m disappointed that I might not come back to this country again as I have faced discrimination at most places in Thailand and it has created a fear of travel to any other Asian country being an Indian. I am not saying every one in Thailand is like that. I had some amazing and lovely Thai locals who were so caring, guided me so well and took care of me and I’m grateful & thankful to them.

Driver was very aggressive, yelling at us inThai immediately on pickup (we only speak english so no idea what he was saying to us), and was very handsy with the girls. Touching legs, backs, even picked one girl up to put her in the front seat with him. He also dropped us off in the middle of the street for us to walk to our stay. It was very uncomfortable.

Koh Lanta > Koh Phangan. First a minivan to Krabi town. Switch to another minivan to the pier. Then boat to Koh Phangan. Both drivers were chill and drove relax. We had plenty of time to chill before the boat.

Non professional, one of the workers yelled at me because the sit wasn’t reclining back, I didn’t feel safe.

The ferry perfect, but the van driver was always speeding without reason and was raining a lot. We arrived 30 minutes earlier but everybody afraid of how he drive

It was good overall. Efficient and Nana were roomy

The ferry from Surat Thani to Koh Tao was not comfortable, air conditioning didn’t really work and the ferry was very full and running late. The rest of the trip was good though.

On time, nice driver, not a lot of space in the van but overall good.

Everything went as planned

we have just been driven to khao lak by one of your drivers. he drove aggressively and was very unserviceable. overcharged to drive us the last few miles to the hotel. i can in no way recommend such a bad driver

I felt like this was a scam! They told us we will go from Ao Nang, Ao Nam Mao pier but we didn t! They drove us to Klong Jirad Pier in Krabi. On the site it wrote that we will leave at 9:50, we arrived there at 9:45 running to make sure we catch the ferry and guess what? It left at 10:30, liars! We did not even think we have time to bring some water with us. Shameful!

Well pick up me a van transfer to the bus terminal, I thing it was all trayecto in a van, I have to wait for an hour to get to the bus to Phuket, it's confortable.

The driver arrived punctually at the agreed meeting point. The driver was very friendly, drove considerately and very safely; we felt very comfortable.

Our ride from krabi town to khao Sok town was clean and well done. Driver was on time, there was a lot of room for us and we were able to put our big bags in the trunk. We stopped for snacks and food. The drive was also shorter than expected and in just two hours we arrived at our accommodation. have nothing to complain about.

The journey was fine, but it would have been appropriate to state the true connection time. The journey was supposed to take 4 hours, but even if the break for the toilet had been skipped after 2 hours of driving, it would not have been possible to make it. In the end, the journey took more than 5 hours and since I had a follow-up plan, it was not a pleasant delay. Furthermore, the connection was supposed to be provided by a VAN and in the end it was a smaller bus, which would have been fine, but the seats were very narrow and sitting in a twisted position for such a long journey was challenging. And I am a slim man weighing 75 kg.

Horrible experience, there was no mini van or mini bus . It was a shared tuktuk transfer to the bus stop and then a bus takes you to phuket. The bus stopped multiple times and I reached after 4.5 hours. I was picked up at 9 and dropped at 1:40pm

Driver was very friendly, allowed us a toilet and food stop. Only downside was the van was tiny and luggage

The experience was alright. Bus was on time and made a stop for snacks and restroom. it was just SO HOT and I was practically dripping with sweat, also the seats were rock hard. If you don’t care about the comfort then it’s an easy cheap choice

Good service, they were very punctual, the van was comfortable and had just right amount of AC. The drop off point is NOT at the end of village but at the beginning. You will be proposed 100/200 bht per person to reach your resort and either you walk or pay more. Due to… unofficial taxi association you also cannot take grab (which would be around 70-80 bht per car) and if you order it the driver will write on the chat to cancel it as they can’t pick you up.

Smooth from start to finish

The minivan is comfortable, even though the first one didn't have place for backpacks, so if you are in the back it's hard to breath. Anyways, I think it is more expensive than other travel options. But, it was on time

Transfer from Koh Lanta to Khao Sok. The original pick-up from our hotel was around one hour late, which was reasonable as the van has to pick-up every guest on their respective hotel. It is possible to call if you want to confirm the arrival because otherwise there was not much communication before the driver came. Our van had multiple okay seats and two bad seats (double seat) which could be a bit tight if you are large or need to share with a stranger. Van change in Krabi and then a 20 minute stop before the last drive to Khao Sok. Drop off at the Van station but it is possible to buy hotel drop off for extra (around 100 bhat pp for a 15 min drive). If you want to take Grab: the local taxi drivers dislike the external Grab drivers so it is kinda unsafe for them.

Picked up late Arrived late If you want to go Krabi to Surat Thani. Just buy from the bus staion and go there yourself

It's really a good idea to show up a bit in advance and que up for the ride so that you are sure that your luggage will fit in the vehicle Other than that it was very good

Booked 1.30 to 4.30pm with Sea Pearl as it was quicker than Phi Phi cruiser option but more expensive. However, I was put on the Phi Phi Cruiser which then left 45 minutes late and required ferry change at Phi Phi. I did not arrive until 6pm.

The bus arrived at time. The driver was driving very close behind other cars. The bus was totaly loaded. From Seatrans the bus was totaly overloaded. Not any space left. Luggage between the seats and not any space for the legs. Never had such bad transport. At the boot you had to carry your luggage to the second floor. Never again this transport

Acceptable delay and wait time in Krabi. Arrived almost on time in the end! A bit weird that the driver offered to drive us to our hotels for some extra baht which did not seem to match the local prices.

1 hour of waiting between 2 busses.

We had no information about the meeting point,so we were waiting for our van for one hour. If i not call them we are still waiting... The car was crowded and no place for luggages.

We had to change the minivan. That wasn’t mentioned. But the trip was good at all.

The trip is 100 Baht more expensive then the others, says it includes the van and takes 45 minutes. It does not include the van and takes 2hours. It seems different operators are overpromising and not delivering just to win clients. No support after the purchase. We still got to the destination without problems but I hate being scammed even for such small amounts. We also had additional stress looking for transport to pier in the very morning.

Very seamless

Everything was on time. Only 3 stars because 1. the van was packed with way to much luggage - our kids (3/5) sat on the backseat and the luggage was stapled to the roof directly besides them, that we where scared all the time that it might can fall down on them. 2. the driver has been on the smartphone several times...

It was alright. The inside part has A/C on, but not very confortable and the departure was not on time

It was ok. De time of departure on the ticket was 11:00, it says that the transfer can be 30 minutes earlier of later. The first transfer was at out meeting point at 10:30 at AO nang, that was good until they dropped us with a lot of other people at another terminal (10 minutes ride) where we needed to wait till 11:50. Finally we left at 11:50 to khao lak, tge drive was fast, we arrived at 14:30, the driver was not friendly,
