운전자는 계속 휴대폰만 보고 차선을 넘나들며 운전했습니다. 다행히 고속도로는 텅 비어 있었죠. 그러더니 갑자기 족집게로 얼굴과 코의 털을 뽑기 시작했습니다. 정말 어이가 없었어요. 아시아에서는 흔한 운전 습관일지도 모르지만, 손님을 태우고 운전하는 직업이라면 최소한 몇 가지 규칙은 지켜야 하지 않을까요?

원래는 13시 30분에 출발할 줄 알았는데, 다른 손님들이 준비될 때까지 기다려야 했고 비도 와서 14시쯤 출발했어요. 미니밴 대신 버스를 탔는데 훨씬 편했어요. 덕분에 예정보다 일찍 방비엥에 도착했답니다. 어쨌든 서비스는 훌륭했고, 조금 늦게 출발한 건 큰 문제가 아니었어요.

호텔에서 정시에 픽업해 주셨고, 미니버스는 새 차라 편안했으며 에어컨도 원하는 만큼 시원하게 작동했습니다. 운전기사님도 교통 상황과 고속도로에서 안전 운전을 잘 해주셨고, 가격도 정말 저렴했습니다!

모두 잘 됐어요. 운전기사가 몇 분 일찍 도착했고 저는 공항에 여유 시간이 많았어요.

훌륭한 서비스였습니다. 숙소에서 픽업해서 하노이 버스 터미널까지 데려다주셨어요. 침대 버스도 아주 편안했고, 화장실과 식사를 위해 자주 정차했습니다. 국경 통과도 아주 잘 организова되어 있었습니다.

모든 게 훌륭했어요. 호텔 픽업도 시간 맞춰 해주셨고, 이동도 빠르고, 미니버스 공간도 넉넉했어요.

에어컨이 잘 작동하지 않았고 좌석도 약간 불편했습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 순조로웠고, 빠르게 정시에 도착했습니다.

기본적으로 성능은 설명대로였고 좋았습니다. 도착은 계획대로 이루어졌습니다. 호텔에서 국경까지 젊은 운전자는 부하처럼 운전했습니다. 인과 다른 손님들은 사고가 날까 봐 두려워했는데...

팀원들이 정말 친절하고 협조적이었어요! 다들 자기 일을 정말 잘하더라고요! 정말 감사합니다!

편안하고 좋은 승차감. 호텔에서 호텔로 - 걱정 없는 이동. 사람이 더 많았기 때문에 제대로 된 버스를 탔습니다. 예상대로 라오스에 한 시간 늦게 도착했습니다.

택시가 예정 시간보다 40분 늦게 우리를 태웠습니다. 버스 정류장에 도착했을 때, 우리가 타야 할 밴은 이미 만석이었습니다. 다행히 같은 장소로 가는 다른 버스를 탈 수 있었습니다. 결국 1시간 30분이나 늦게 출발했습니다. 결국 버스는 우리를 길 한가운데 내려주었습니다. 버스 터미널도 아니었고, 왜 그곳에 정차했는지도 전혀 알려주지 않았습니다.

운전기사는 매우 시간을 잘 지켰습니다. 사실 우리를 태우기 위해 일찍 도착했습니다. 떠나기 전에 우리가 올바른 버스에 탔는지 확인했습니다. 훌륭한 서비스에 박수를 보냅니다.

호텔에서 툭툭을 타고 정시에 픽업되어 미팅 장소로 이동했습니다. 그곳에서 예정대로 방비엥으로 출발했습니다. 고속도로를 타고 이동해서 매우 여유로웠고, 목적지에도 정시에 도착했습니다.

14시간 여행이 20시간 걸렸어요! 기계적인 문제나 교통 체증은 없었고, 대신 1~2시간마다 담배와 화장실 휴식을 위해 멈췄어요. 혼자 여행하는 여성은 오전 3시에 팍세의 도로변에 내려주고 버스 정류장 대신 내리라고 했어요. 버스를 타기 전에 50,000락을 더 내야 한다고 했어요. 왜 그런지 설명이 없었어요. 비행기를 타려면 20파운드를 더 내야 해요. 그랬으면 좋았을 텐데요.

The only good thing was the transfer from the hotel to the busstation. I got picked up on time and the guy brought me to the right bus. The bus from ride was bad. First of all the bus was completely full, not everyone had a real seat. The bus was suposed to start at 8am put it was 8.40am when we finally startet. The the bus stopped every five minutes, so we literally got nowhere. Suddenly the bus broke down so we stopped again for like an hour an I got no information about what was going on. We arrived in Luang Prabang 4 hours late and the busride was definitely way longer than 7 hours.

顺利从万象到达金边了，但是全程一共更换了8次车辆，其中巴色卧铺大巴下次处到巴色小汽车乘车点中间接驳的三轮车还额外收了我10万老挝基普。另外巴色小汽车的驾驶员刚开始并不认可我在网站上购买过车票，让我线下支付车费，我支付了，后面才退换给我，并完成了验票。 I arrived in Phnom Penh from Vientiane without incident, but I changed vehicles a total of 8 times. The first time, the sleeper bus in Pakse, and the rickshaw connecting to the Pakse minibus stop, charged me an extra 100,000 Lao Kip. Also, the driver of the Pakse minibus initially didn't recognize that I had purchased a ticket online and insisted I pay offline. After I paid, he refunded my ticket and verified it.

The van displayed on site is a little bit different , a lot different . It was a scrap van , imagine 2hrs with smell of diesel exhaust .

Waiting too much between connexion between the boundary and the station. Condition where pour.

Good service. On time. Driver did a great job - roads were bad! Plastic covered bus seats are not great - sweaty to sit on for long periods.

I am usually not too critical but this one wasn’t good. Booked a transfer from our airport hotel in Vientiane to Vang Vieng and were not picked up without any notice. After a call to the company running the service we were told our hotel was too far and we should report at another hotel for the next bus. Here we were picked up by a TukTuk who took us to a meetingpoint were we stuffed in a very hot bus, certainly not the minibus on the picture and departed 85 minutes late. Three hours after we were due to be picked up we passed our hotel (which was too far) enroute to Vang Vieng. Fortunately despite the temperature in the bus the rest of the trip was uneventful. Not 12GoAsia to blame but Family Services which was running the service.

The organization was good and quite clear, they really take care of you, and you cannot loose yourself. The issue is they promise you to get you to Chiang Mai at 6:00 am and they give you bus ticket on which it's written that the bus arrives at 8:40... Just let know customers the real time so they can chose wisely their options! Also mentioning the bus company would be good - The bus was really late (which is not their fault) and summed up in 4 hours delay which cancel my plans on arrival.

I thought the customer service from this company was great. They called day of to make sure I needed a ride to the pickup point. Every bit was smooth grabbed me from the hotel. They showed up at the bridge once I was done with immigration, and at every point made sure to tell me which bus plus where to get off. Amazing. The ride on the other hand was terrible the seating was way too cramped, and an uncomfortable ride for more than a stop or two. However, the driver got us there safe and sound.

I would really recommend this company. The organisation was excellent. I feel like the staff at every point really cared and made sure we were all ok. Everyone had a lovely attitude. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was it would have been helpful to maybe have an itinerary or have pictures of where to wait or information about who was picking us up and where. It felt like we needed to have a lot of trust buttt! Everyone really did get us where we needed to be. I was wary because of experiences with other companies but I’d trust family service again.

I was picked up 2 hours late (since the driver did not come and get me, instead he picked up someone else even though I was ready) and piled into a 15 seater car with 18 people. I felt cramped and unsafe.

Sadly I was missed in hotel transfer pickup. When I messaged asking what time I would be picked up (20 minutes after specified pickup time), they responded that they are already on their way to the destination and asked if I was picked up. I said no. They then said they were on their way back, and I was picked up, however that transport operator was not Family Service, so I am not quite sure what happened there... End of the day I got to where I was going

Wir haben einen Transfer von Vang Vieng nach Udon Thani gebucht in der Low Season. Pick up sehr pünktlich und Transfer zum Busbahnhof. Von dort fing es nach Vientiane zum HQ des Transporteurs Mit dem Taxi dann zu Busbahnhof und von dort mit dem Bus nach Udon Thani.

We were picked up by a tuk-tuk and taken to a “bus station,” where a full bus was already waiting. Some extra chairs were placed in the middle of the bus for us to use. There was very little legroom, especially if you’re taller than 1.85m.

They picked us up from our hotel and it was a comfortable trip.

It was ok and on time but just for you to know, the bed is not that long, I'm 181cm and it bend a bit the knees. Also, there was no food and stops during the trip. There was small bottes of water.

We'd heard horror stories about the sleeper bus, so we're expecting the worst, but in fact it was pretty good. The bus has two decks, an upper and a lower. Each deck has bunks down each side of the isle. Each bunk is low to the floor with a thin mattress about the size of a standard single bed, but they are sold for two people to a bunk, so you will have to get cosy with whoever you're sharing with. It was, fairly comfortable and we did manage to sleep , so much so that I woke up to find the bus almost empty as most of the passengers had already got off. The only issue was the inconsiderate passenger on the bunk opposite ours, who thought it OK to play annoying reels on her phone with the volume turned up at 03:20 in the morning.

Pickup was punctual. Must people were ready at their respective hotels except a group of locals who had not finished breakfast so we had to wait 20 minutes. IMO the driver should not wait - if they're late it's their problem. Then tanked up. Then passed out hotel 1 hour after being picked up there But when we finally got glon the highway to VV it was fast and smooth. Just too much racing about back lanes in VTN.

My trip from Laos to Vietnam was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. To start with, they clearly oversold the journey because there weren’t enough seats for everyone. I ended up sitting on a plastic chair in the aisle for two hours, which was uncomfortable and felt completely unsafe. What made things worse is that they force you to pay extra fees along the way, even though their website clearly states that you don’t have to. It felt misleading and dishonest, like they know exactly what they’re doing and just expect people to go along with it. The conditions on board were terrible too. They would consciously turn the air conditioning off, leaving everyone sweating, and you have no control over things like the lights. You’re basically stuck in whatever environment they decide. The driver didn’t help the situation either—he was extremely rude and rushed us at every point. His attitude was poor throughout the trip and he came across as unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful. To top it all off, when they stopped for a “toilet break,” there were no proper facilities—just a bush on the side of the road. Considering this is a 30-hour journey, the fact that there’s no toilet on board is ridiculous. Overall, the entire experience felt poorly managed, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise avoiding this service if you have any other option.

I paid for a Van and got a bus..

Crowded, bags by seats, eisle fold down seats used, over half hour late leaving. Old van.

It smelled very, very strongly of pee the whole time on the bus, it was horrible

The trip to Vientiane went well. The schedule was respected. It's really a shame that the tuk-tuk driver who picked me up at the hotel didn't help load our heavy luggage into the tuk-tuk. As I was the first person to get in, no one could help me, and it was very frustrating. Later, in the minivan, the driver took care of our luggage.

The bed boxes are cramped - and shared - and space for hand luggage at a premium. My journey was from Vientiane to Siem Reap - 25 hours and a border crossing. This bus only took us to Pakse, Laos. No information about the number of times we’d have to change the bus (5 buses in total).

Fast and efficient

We booked a van.we had first a tuk tuk, who was late. Then instead of a van, we had a bus. The personal was not so friendly.

Van was packed, luggage stored in the aisle, A/C did not work (30 degrees outside), no communication from the driver

It's a bit cramped if you're tall but was fine for one night. Arrived early which was nice. Lights go off pretty early which is annoying If you're not tired. No curtains for privacy either

It was okay. It was a sleeper bus and not full at all, so that was quite comfortable. However, we chose the VIP bus because of the shorter time it takes than the regular bus, but it still took around 7-7,5 hours.

Replaced mini bus by bus and took more than 1 hour to depart

Just keep attention, as you have to share beds (or buy 2 tickets for yourself!!)

Ok. Bus broke down on route but was fixed in an hour

A bit confusing at times, but it all worked and timing was fine.

Nothing exceptional but to complain about
