Smooth and not too crowded

12go booking is as smooth and convinient although in the port's ticketing booth they are all confused about our booking. They even let us in the Ferry without a seat number. Please make sure with the 3rd party provider that they take note of the online booking because it's just as hassle as waiting in line. Thank you.

The booking was comfortable and easy. The prices are more expensive than doing it by yourself, unfortunately.

The ferry is fine. As a tourist, I'd caution that baggage space is highly limited in the lower seating. Either leave your luggage (out of site) on the upper deck, or sit there (if you can). If it's a backpack, you can have it on your lap.

Overall, my experience was average. I would like to suggest the following improvements to help enhance passenger experience: Clear Check-In Instructions: Please include detailed check-in procedures on the booking confirmation or voucher. This will help guide passengers on where to go and what to do upon arrival. Improved Passenger Guidance: Security personnel at the entrance gate should actively assist and direct passengers. It would also be beneficial if ground staff wore proper uniforms and provided courteous and professional customer service. Proper Signages: Installing visible and sequential signage (e.g., Step 1, Step 2, etc.) would help ensure a smoother and more organized process for all passengers. During our visit, despite having an online confirmed booking, we were redirected to the Evaristo Office located in a separate building. This was inconvenient, especially for those with multiple pieces of luggage. A centralized check-in or one-stop shop would greatly improve the flow and reduce confusion. Additionally: Covered Walkways: There were no proper covered walkways from the entrance gate to the passenger terminal and ferry. This is a concern during inclement weather and should be addressed for passenger comfort and safety. Organized Boarding: Boarding was disorganized, with no queue system in place. Passengers needing extra care—such as pregnant women, children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities—were not given priority. This should be improved to ensure inclusivity and safety. Condition of the Ferry: The ferry used was outdated and less maintained, with visible insects inside the cabin. Some chairs were not in good condition. Upgrading the units would enhance the experience and attract more local and international tourists to the island. We hope these points will be taken into consideration to improve future passenger experiences.

Plenty of cockroaches on board. Loose implementation of seating arrangement

It would be better if seats are already provided upon purchasing of the tickets and just have it validated ~30 mins prior to the departure.

Fast and clean ride!

Pretty bad. Bought tickets for non excisting boat. No info beforehand. Not refunded yet. Office not very cooperative.

Having a booking reservation with 12go made tickets exchange a breeze. Just follow the arrive 2 hour or more before the scheduled departure to ensure your tickets. Sometimes there are cancelled ferry rides, and the ferries get instantly booked. But evaristo, the ship Co we used, give high regards to 12go.com reservation. Our return ferry ride 10 am was cancelled, and evaristo emailed us the day before our scheduled ride and gave us the option to either take the 6am or 1pm ride. The line at the port was very long, ferry was fully booked. Luckily evaristo honor 12go reservation and provided slots for us. We were there 2 hours before departure. If we came late, our slot will be released to waiting passengera

uncomfy ferry seats. was put in the back area which was told was tourist class. dirty and very hot. boat left over an hour late

Breathed in awful fumes for the entire 90 min ride. We volunteered to pay for an upgrade to the upper deck but was denied even when there were lots of empty seats.

The aircon in the tourist accomodation was not working

Quick ride, but I was stupid and booked the wrong date as I did not account the overnight ferry which we took from Cebu, hence my ticket was one day earlier. At the desk do one was able to answer my questions.. I had to buy another ticket.. But other than that.. all smooth

Our seats were double booked

It was ok. Nothing too great or horrible. One of the staff members was very rude.
