좋은 서비스와 훌륭한 버스 운전사. 불행하게도 우리는 다른 버스로 환승했기 때문에 시간에 맞지 않았습니다. 그리고 약 1시간 정도 지연이 발생했습니다. 하지만 10시간 운전 후에도 여전히 괜찮습니다.

방콕행 8시 30분 버스를 타기 위해 도착했을 때, 버스가 더 이상 운행하지 않는다는 말을 들었습니다. 온라인으로 지불한 원래 요금 외에 271바트를 추가로 지불해야 하며, 이 요금을 지불하면 9시에 버스를 탈 수 있다는 내용의 종이 한 장을 받았습니다. 어쩔 수 없이 추가 요금을 지불해야 했고, 이미 요금을 지불했는데 왜 추가 요금을 내야 하는지에 대한 설명도 듣지 못했습니다.

전반적으로 여행은 좋았습니다. 에어컨이 너무 추웠고 담요도 제공되지 않았습니다. 좌석은 편안했습니다.

교환원(이름 알 수 없음)은 매우 친절했고 우리(유일한 영어 사용자)가 우리가 어디에 있는지, 상황이 어떤지 지속적으로 알 수 있도록 해주었습니다!

화장실은 엉망이었고, 소변 냄새가 위층까지 진동했어요. 우리가 탑승했을 때 이미 상태가 정말 최악이었어요!!!

다리 뻗을 공간이 없어요. 비행기에는 공간이 더 넓어요!

버스가 30분 늦었어요. 버스는 아주 깨끗하고 좌석도 정말 편했는데, 와이파이가 안 되더라고요. 직원분들은 친절했지만 영어를 조금 할 줄 알았어요.

편안하고 깨끗합니다. 유일한 불만은 좌석이 너무 뒤로 젖혀진다는 것입니다. 문제가 될 것 같지는 않지만 내 앞에 있는 사람이 내 무릎 위에 거의 앉아 있었습니다. 나는 다리를 움직일 수 없었고 그녀에게 자리를 좀 올려달라고 부탁해야 했습니다.

버스는 30분이나 일찍 도착했다. 물 한병과 간식, 담요가 제공됩니다. 좌석을 거절할 수 있어 좀 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 다시 할 것인가

좌석은 편안하지만, 아쉽게도 다리 공간이 좁습니다. 라이언에어보다도 더 좁아요. 비행 내내 다리를 쭉 뻗고 앉아 있어야 합니다.

정시에 출발해서 예정보다 조금 빨리 도착했고, 직원분들도 친절하고 빠르게 도착했습니다. 다만, 휴식 시간(시간, 내릴 수 있는 유일한 기회)에 대한 설명이 좀 더 명확했으면 좋겠습니다.

버스는 편안했고 이동에 필요한 담요도 제공되었습니다. 작은 생수 한 병과 간식이 제공되었고, 식사도 할 수 있었습니다. 버스는 45분 늦게 출발했지만 예정보다 30분 일찍 도착했습니다. 급하게 다음 버스를 타고 싶었지만, 더 이상 변경할 수 없어서 별 3개만 주었습니다.

좌석이 편안하고 일찍 불을 꺼서 잠들기 쉬웠어요! 담요, 물, 간식이 제공되고 버스에는 와이파이도 있어요!

버스 안 공기도 좋지 않았고 정말 추웠어요.

우리가 관광 여행사에서 예약한 일부 여행과 비교하면 정말 놀라웠습니다. 점심은 무료였고 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 간식과 물이 포함되었습니다. AC는 꽤 일관되게 시원했고 직원들은 즐거웠습니다.

출발이 약간 지연되었습니다. 여행용 스웨터만 있으면 충분합니다.

터미널이 너무 커서 버스를 찾는 게 좀 어려웠지만, 직원들이 대부분 친절해서 여러 사람에게 물어보기만 하면 됐어요. 처음에는 여행이 아주 즐거웠지만, 치앙마이에 가까워지자 갑자기 날씨가 너무 추워져서 담요와 따뜻한 옷을 많이 가져가면 좋을 것 같아요.

전자 티켓을 실제 티켓으로 변경하는 것은 매우 어렵습니다. 아무도 정보를 제공하지 않으며 버스가 어디에 있는지 알 수 없습니다. 엉망이에요.

The actual bus ride was great. Check in was horrible.

Clean, comfortable and punctual. Bus left Chiang Mai and arrived in Bangkok exactly on schedule.

The trip was very comfortable and relaxing

For express it felt like VIP! Phone chargers, comfy chairs, clean, leaned back enough, water and snack, food voucher, and comfortable foot rest. I recommend!

Bus comfortable but staff no English speaking and no toilet and wifi on board. We left 1 hour late keepinh receiving people on biard.

We arrived a little bit later. But we had a nice trip and the drivers we very kind!

The staff was nice, but the said we where going to have Wi-Fi but we didn't. And the blankets where to Small. Everything else is fine. For the price we payed, amazing.

Two busses broke down. Took 15 hours.

Process to get our tickets in exchange for the 12go voucher was more straightforward than expected. We walked to the counter and they were already sitting there with my name on them. Bus left 30 mins later than its scheduled departure time but we expected as much following the reviews on here so didn’t mind. It flew by, seats very big and comfy and also recline. WiFi worked very well the entire time. I was a bit apprehensive about the food stop being a vegetarian, however there was a vegetarian option and it was delicious! Definitely would take the bus again if had to do it again. I would point out though that where we were sitting there were no USB charging points, I don’t know if this was the same for other passengers or just because of where we were seated though.

Fab staff. Felt safe Along the way. Bus was late but its Thailand! Leather seats slightly uncomfortable for long distance.

Bus was 90 minutes late and I almost missed my connection. Poor toilet on bus. The attendant talked loudly on her phone much of the trip.

The bus arrived late, hence it also departed late (about 30 minutes). There were limited seats at the waiting area. The attendant was friendly and helpful. However, the blankets were provided only after about an hour after the departure. During a stop over, the passengers weren't verbally informed that we could claim free snacks using the ticket stubs... (i'm a foreigner so i did not understand what was written in the ticket). It was a relatively comfortable ride and i liked that there are single seats for solo travelers. i also appreciated the free wifi and the sockets for charging. Thank you very much!

Very rude people , I find only a paper in the counter where I was suppose to change my online ticket said : Go to bus stop 14 and you'll get your ticket . So I went there e no one know anything took me 1 hour with the help of a foreigner how to sort out my tickets . Never again I'll use this company , and I 'll make sure to tell also people I know about this .

Seats are comfy and big. But you lose all your legroom and get squashed if the person in front puts their seat all the way down to sleep.

i loved my experience in this overnight bus. It lets you relax overnight. they gave blanket as well. However, during my way to Chiang Mai the attendant was very impatient and do not speak english to foreigners, it makes us hard to understand them
