우리는 공항에서 11시에 출발하기로 되어 있었고, 11시 20분에 출발했습니다.

정말 불평 할 수 없습니다. 출발 예정 시간은 오전 11시 30분이었다. 쾌속정이 도중에 선외 모터의 나사를 두 번 교체해야 했기 때문에 우리는 약 10분 늦었습니다. 우연히 핫야이 행 미니 버스를 찾았습니다. 여기에는 더 나은 간판이 적절할 것입니다. 운전사는 이미 기다리고 있었다. 우리는 짐을 싣고 즉시 차를 몰았다. 예약한 대로 미니버스를 타고 핫야이에 있는 호텔로 바로 이동했습니다.

그들이 오겠다고 약속한 시간에 오지 않았어

We did not get the boat we booked online, the boat was overcrowded and there were not enough life jackets for the passengers, one motor did not start, crew have had this problem for some time!!!! Had to change boat mid-trip. Operator obviously pushing for maximum profit but ignoring boat maintenance and passenger safety...

On time, comfortable new bus, enough space for suitcases.

Have no issue with car or driver BUT this email and your ticket voucher says 7.30 and so we arrived at 7.00 and waited and waited until 8.00 when the driver arrived to say the bus was scheduled to leave at 8.30!!! I am not at all happy about getting up extra early to find out I did not need to!!! Surely you could have sent me email/text to tell me the correct time? (Also the bus was late leaving anyway at 8.50) I am not a happy customer! And feel inclined to tell others of my experience together with the 50 minutes delay yesterday!!!

The van did not come on time. When we called they could not tell us why. They said they would come after 5-10 minutes...after half an hour a taxi arrived. De driver said the van did not want to wait for us...while we were there waiting half an hour before departure...so a bit strange but finally the trip went well and we made it to take the ferry to koh lipe.

Too many people on the boat if you ask me.... but I liked the speed, it took us about 90 minutes to get to Koh Lipe. Be sure you don't get seasick! No toilet!!
