Einfache Übergabe der Tickets im Büro auf Ko Samui. Wir konnten sogar die frührere Fähre nehmen. Der Bus fuhr uns dann nach Surat Thani, von wo wir am dortigen Büro von Phantip nochmals auf einen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof umstiegen. Alles gut organisiert und von freundlichen Mitarbeitern durchgeführt. Klare Empfehlung!
The coordinates that we got for the ferry sent us to the wrong pier. We would have missed ferry only the taxi came back to tell us we were at the wrong pier. There was very little information to.work with and we didn't know the ferry company that was bringing us but the taxi driver recognised the logo. It was all very stressful in the heat and under pressure. Apart from that, the trip went well once we found the correct location of ferry departure
Very well organised. Tidy and virtually empty bus waiting for us when we got off the Koh Samui ferry at Donsak, and speedy transfer across to Surat Thani railway station.
It will be better when you write a clearly direction how to find your office
