The tourist class was very hot , the AC wasn't working good. We're also exposed to the heat of the sun, please put window curtains speciallly to the side that is so exposed to the sun please consider your passenger's confort during the trip we have paid you right, you should serve us right as well. 운전이 아주 좋고 깨끗하고 페리도 좋습니다. 세부 부두만 약간 에어컨 안에 공기가 없어서 미친 듯이 덥고 사람이 너무 많아서 가기 전에 10분 정도 기다려야 했어요

Very nice drive clean and good ferry, only that Cebu pier it's crazy no air inside a little AC,it was so hot and so crowded you wait 10 min before going
The business class cabin could have been cleaner. It just felt really dirty. The service from the people working at the counter at the pier in Cebu were a bit rude and dismissive. The experience was ok but we wouldn’t do it again.
I was nervous seeing all the bad reviews here but I had a completely different experience but this could be because I took the 5:10am ferry. So would recommend getting out early in the morning from Cebu!
There was no fee needed to enter the port at this time of the morning.
Check in was smooth, and easy- I was issued two tickets as the ferry was due to make a stop along the way.
My bags were not weighed (possibly because they were not suitcases and I carried backpacks onto the ferry rather than stored in hold)
The ferry made one stop in Tagbilaran, did not need to disembark, my onward ticket to Siquijor was checked by staff onboard while I stayed seated.
Ferry arrived in Siquijor 40 mins ahead of schedule.
Had booked business class, but don't think this was worth it in my case as the ferry was not fully booked, but it's good to ensure you have enough space for your backpacks and get some sleep onboard.
Didn’t realise you had to book to go outside so was stuck inside for 5 hours. Seats were quite small and uncomfortable.
However journey was efficient and we made up time for leaving late
The trip was ok with smooth check in at the port. The ferry was 1 hour late but came on time to the final destination. I didn’t like the Filipino girl listening to basketball game on her phone with no headphones. This was a journey from hell.
