Al WWhen we arrived in Krabi, the bus driver did not drop us off at the designated bus station. Instead, he dropped us off in front of a taxi booking office, which was probably about 4 minutes away from the actual bus station. It seemed that this was done so that we would take a taxi from that office.
On our return trip to Phuket, one of the bus staff members made us sit in the last seats of the bus, even though we were among the first passengers to arrive. There were cardboard boxes placed under my friend’s feet, which forced him to keep his feet on top of the boxes for around 3 hours or more.
When we arrived at the bus station in Phuket, we booked a taxi through Bolt. However, when the driver arrived, one of the people at the station told him to leave. As a result, we had to walk with our luggage to get to the driver we had booked ourselves.

Nyi NI already booked the tickets at 2PM so I was arrived early at terminal and thet changed the bus departure time at 3PM, I can accept that it but when I arrived at that time the staff said that you can wait no.7 line

Erica L12go is legit. I showed the ticket counter worker the QR code I got from email and she gave me the proper ticket for the bus. Seats are tight and not super comfortable. Default recline of the seats is like a negative angle and super uncomfortable, so you need to angle it back

Olivia bus was 30 minutes late, very old bus with a weird smell and 70s decorations lol but the seats were roomy. 3 hour journey with no stop and the driver played really loud music but nothing too bad.

Kris MWe booked a trip from Krabi Town (Hotel Transfer) to Phuket Bus Terminal 1. Pick up was scheduled for 7am but could be 30 mins early. A songthaew showed at 6:35am at our hotel and drove us off to Phuket Town Bus Terminal where we transferred to the air-conditioned van - scheduled to leave at 7:20am. We showed our 12go eticket to the songthaew driver and then again at the Phuket Town Bus Terminal van counter (who then gave us a paper ticket). The only issue, if you call it that, was we didn't stop for a break along the way. Personally, we didn't need one. Highly recommend this operator.
