Sam AWe were collected on time while was great but we were left sitting for an hour once we got into the van without it moving as we waited for a couple who were late. This isn't necessarily the drivers fault but he left to find them with no communication so the people in the van didn't know what was going on the whole time. The late couple should have been left behind if they were that late and the rest of us in the van shouldn't have had to sit there that long or at least be told what was happening.

Rosanna RTook a lot longer than expected. Stopped many times for long periods of time for no explained reason. The driver kept pulling over and getting out. Took us initially to the wrong destination but did eventually get us to our hostel.
