Melissa DI tried to contact this company multiple times to confirm our transfer. The live chat link and phone number on the booking voucher don’t work. I had to ask another operator who’d contacted me about an outward journey, and ask them to chase as the number they provided wasn’t responding. 20 minutes before pick up they let me know they’d be late, and showed later than that. We were taken to a bus that didn’t leave for another hour, yet would’ve made an earlier one had they been on time. It was a lot of waiting around when the pick up option could’ve just been much later to avoid that.

Sirirat PVery good personal service. Made us feel like vips. Personal message through mail then through whatsapp. They were 30min earlier and thus on time. We were a bit late ourselves and they called and waited for us. Smooth drive and very good driver. We were perfectly on time at our hotel. Definitely recommended.

Kasper VVery unfriendly service at the Khao Sok minivan office as well as by our driver from Khao Sok to Surat Thani. No explanations of where to go, not answering any questions. Driver stopped multiple times just to chat with locals, smoke a sigaret or pick up a friend. From Surat Thank the service was better, although we arrived at the ferry 2 hours early which just sucked. Missed a whole day by travelling. We also weren’t that we were stopping in Surat Thani. 2 stars because we did arrive at our location in one piece. We would recommend paying zxtra for better service, although the options are limited in Khao Sok.
