Helen MAfter travelling on buses in Vietnam we were not as impressed by this service. The staff were nor very helpful and it woudnt hurt to smile now and then.
We arrived over an hour and half late, which we think was due to traffic. So if you’re on a tight schedule leave a lot of extra time.

Christopher FThe bus set off a ltlle late, and had pñenty of toilet stops but each one made us later than we should have been. He would say it was a 10 minute stop and it would turn into 20 or 30. As a result we were 2.5 hours late in arriving.
The bus also had an infestation of insects at the frong swats that slowly worked their wat back. The staff had no spray.

Only the reception is not nice seems we are not welcome and bus was 20 mins late - we are told to arrive pick up point half hours earlier then end up waiting 50 minutes for the bus
And no one help to load luggage to the bus compartment- it’s hard for old people and ladies especially I have injured my arms
Except that the bus is comfortable and driver is good

Shubby SWe were given the impression that it would only take 3 48 minutes and it took over 5 hours.. If we had known we would've taken a train. We lost most of the day at our hotel. The 27th journey was far quicker but the 25th journey took ages. The driver on the 25th was friendly and nice but took too long. The driver on the 27th wasn't friendly at all and tried to rush and kept to time with the pit stop but not forth coming with questions

My only complaint is that the driver spent the whole time chatting on the phone solidly for four hours. The conversation was loud at times and made it difficult to sleep as I was at the front. How can you concentrate on that driving when you’re having conversation with your family all the time. I think it was a safety issue for me to be honest. And there were times when he pulled up very sharply in the traffic

Ah CI found out that I paid RM3 more via Airasia app than over-the-counter purchase at KLIA2. No one at bus terminal recognized the app booking ticket which was not the standard Ickes voucher issued by counter. Upon checking with counter, agent reissued me the standard ticket. Furthermore, my seat booking via app was valid because it was already occupied due to free seating during boarding. Disappointed because of these issues.

When entering the address you give in google maps, it brings 3 different results, with all of them being not correct.
