Bus staff made efforts to keep us informed on border procedures and purpose and length of stops and breaks and unlike most bus trips I've been on, the bus staff did not smoke which made the ride nicer. Bus company kindly changed my scheduled departure to an earlier bus and also allowed me to choose my seat, both at no additional cost. Very happy with this booking.

Joanne KPrice is very good, under $70 for return trip for two ho chi minh phnom penh but bus was very tired and trip took 9 hours, not the scheduled 7. No individual device charging, only an outlet behind the driver and our booked seats were changed to seat us together when we had specifically chosen single seats for window access. Would prob pay more next time for giant ibis equivalent experience.

Eigo NMan at the desk spoke fluent English and the instructions were very clear. Also had a very good personality.
The conductor spoke almost no English, had no explanation, and was very rude. The bus delayed for an hour and a half, yet had no announcements for it.
The immigration process was very smooth though.
There was a small cockroach and several mosquitoes in the bus.

The Phnom Penh office is very small, so I’m glad our bus wasn’t full. But the bus itself was very spacious and comfortable; we got water bottles and a wet wipe to freshen up. The host was excellent, with clear instructions prior to arriving at stops and the boarder crossing. FYI they only stop once for toilet and food (20min), then there are toilets at the boarder crossing but you have to pay a little to use them. They took our passports to fill out details, but gave them back within an hour of starting the journey, so there was no stress about that. We arrived 1hr late due to evening traffic in HCM which is to be expected.

Raphael LPretty average if not lower than competitors. The crew was almost harsh. Unhelpful, didn't explain anything at the border. One of the seat I paid for was stuck on the lower position, so I took the seat next to me that I also booked. My son couldn't join me that day so I had paid for 2 seats and one was empty. The crew didn't believe me, almost yelled at me until I asked him to call the company which confirmed I paid for two seats. Bearing the bus was not even fully occupied. I will not book again with this company

Roman MI gave 5 stars because it’s a good balance of price and quality. Yes, there are no USB chargers on board. Yes, the staff is not very engaging, but not rude. If you just need to get from point A to point B without any extra service gimmicks, this is a good option.
But if the company owners are reading this: please instruct your drivers not to set the air conditioning to the minimum (for some reason this is a common problem across Asia). In the evening, when the sun went down, it became so cold inside the bus that we literally froze.

Alicia AWe arrived early and they were kind to let us print our e visas there. Provided with water but I didn’t want to drink it as we only got one toilet stop, you can go toilet at border crossing but it cost and I didn’t have change on me. Bus aircon didn’t work very well so bus got quite warm. Seats are so comfortable and lay back, good leg room and a foot rest.
