Sebastian GWhen buying the tickets via 12go Asia we were informed that there would be snacks, foods, wc's, aircon and tv on the bus. When we boarded the bus it said there would be wifi - none of the above mentioned things were there besides the aircon, which provided a freezing environment in the bus. The bus stopped approximately every hour to pick up new passengers and for toilet visits, however this made it very difficult to sleep on the 12 hour long trip.

douglas RTime stated during booking was 3 hours different in reality. Very misleading. No toilet on bus but did stop few times. No formal declarations from staff to know whether we had reached our destination, only by chance we asked. You get what you pay for I guess. Clean coach with nice passengers.
