We had a very comfortable journey. We travelled from Koh Phangan to the main land pier via a Seatran ship. It was big, spacious, beautiful views from the deck and balcony. Also because its a big boat if you have motion sickness you wont be affected by it much. We were then transferred from the pier to Surat Thani via a very comfortable bus followed by a van to our hotel. There is a break in between and we had some very tasty food made at the PP Service kitchen at very low cost. The staff were also very helpful and organised.

They van got substituted by a bus without any prior information. We had paid extra for a van service! I expect a refund back from their team

I would highly recommend the service. I got the ferry from Ko Phangan then 3 bus with them to Phuket airport. They were on time. It all went very smoothly.

The bus rushed us and did not let us use toilet saying they were getting late because of us. We went directly from ship to the bus; there was no signage and total confusion.

Thank you for the smooth travel, I felt well taken care of! I wish there was more information about the facilities of the ferry/bus and the stops on the way – I bought snacks in panic before the trip just to realise I could have enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the ferry, and there were two stops at restaurants during the bus ride where I could have ordered a proper meal. Also at Surat Thani it was a bit difficult to find the right bus.

They were great. Super smooth travel. They picked me out straight away from the crowd coming from Koh Phangan arriving to Surat Thani (Didn't need to think of which way do I need to go). Taken by bus and then a small mini bus. They took great care of me from the beginning to the end. And the man was so lovely at the bus change recommend
