Jakub BWe booked a connection departing at 12:00 from Ekkamai. We arrived in advance at 10:00. But the woman there told us that the bus is full and we have to wait until 14:00. What? We booked our seats online in advance. How is it even possible that you sell more tickets for a connection than how many people can actually fit in. We payed at your website and the price was about 100 baht higher then if we bought it at the station. So if I pay a higher price I expect also higher service. Not to wait for a connection which departures 150 minutes later than what I booked. Yes we departed at 14:30 even though we booked a connection at 12:00.
