Booked and confirmed, but they did not have seats for us. Our arrival at Tbilisi was 5 hours late. Got confirmation mail that my trip was booked, arrive 20minutes before arrivaltime. The driver did not have our names on his list, shaked his head and lifted his shoulders like it was nothing he could do. We tried again and he took photo of our ticket, sat down. So we thought he was going to give us a feedback, 7minutes before departure we got some fellow travelers to ask him if it was ok he said no and that we had to call the office. And walked away. Luckily we got a hold on whats app (thankfully we had mobile data). They told us that when we booked there was no seats left. We could eighter come back 4 hours later or get a refund. I told them we should get seats and get refund - they told me it was not an option. Really sad of missing our appointment in Tbilisi we had no other option than wait. It also ended up being one hour delayed. So all in all we arrived 5hours later. I tried to ask them for a pdf signed document for my insurance company because I lost my appointment because of their mistake. They told me they could not because they just changed my time, and they stopped answering my request. I am really unhappy with this.

Very courteous service in office at Yerevan bus station. Great driver!!! Pleasant, friendly, helpful, attentive to the road and traffic patterns, handled difficult situations passing slow trucks in the mountains beautifully, wasted no time, but always totally safe!

It was an amazing experience. It takes 5h 30 mins with stop for food and border control. It is better to book from Kilikia Bus station as it is easier location where the operator arcomfort.am as the office and the minivan is located at the same location.
