I was contacted to say that the 3pm journey that I had booked was not going ahead and that I could go at 1pm or 5pm. I really appreciated the communication and choice of other times. Having previously done the journey in the opposite direction, I was more confident with the pick up location. We stopped for a break to get fuel about halfway to the border and changed vehicles on the Georgian side. The driver showed us a picture of the license plate and vehicle that would collect us on the other side. I should say that the Corolla was having some transmission issues but we still arrived in good time.

The departure was not at 10 am as mentioned in a reservation, nor 10:30 as mentioned in the window of your office, but 10:07. The driver overspeeded. For example in Alaverdi at the area of 40 km limit he drove over 90. The minivan did not go to Avlabari metro station, where we bought our tickets. We were not informed before: not online, not in phone while calling a day before, not at departure from Yerevan, not on the way. We had to buy a taxi from Ortachala to Avlabari. Are you going to pay back that?
