I was charged for travel insurance which I did not need or ask for. My wife was delayed at Armenian immigration for an hour as she applied for a visa she didn’t think she needed but was told she did, she is Malaysian and I am Australian. The bus we were on left without us! We don’t speak Armenian so it was a pretty awful situation, I am 75 she is 69. The bus left without offering any help or explanation. Nothing ! We felt abandoned. Not a word was said, no one has contacted us to see if we are ok. I got a lift with another bus company and they were great! The driver spent from Haereg was terrible, he was on his phone a lot, texting, ringing and receiving text and calls, in fact most of the way to the Georgian immigration, he couldn’t speak English, I was told he could arrange a ticket back, that was a lie! He couldn’t speak English. Nothing about this company was reasonable.

The trip went well. When arriving at Avlabari, I was accompanied to the vehicle. It was a small minivan for 7 persons and enough space for luggage. The driver spoke basic English but well enough. I was in Azerbaïdjan before but had no particular issues crossing the border. The drive in itself was confortable: the road was in good shape, the driving was fast but still acceptable and the risk was measured. If you’re bothered by the driver looking at his phone then just take the train or a flight, that is just how they drive in the region.

The vehicle for transport did not correspond to what had been stated, and the driver was not very pleasant. When we didn't understand what he was saying (he didn't speak English), he yelled at us.

Took us 7h to get to Yerevan, the minivan didn't have aircon and was quite old so some parts of the trip were quite challenging for it. We stopped at a nice place to grab some food.

No Wi-Fi. It was another company (50 GEL) at bus station. Communication bad. 30 min delay departure. 1 hour delay arrival. Landscapes during travel are amazing. Driver drove safely.

Part of the trip is in a car, … 5 in a car, 3 guys sit behind , can’t even sit right in it, awfull experience 13h00 Left 13h25 for no reason. Everybody was already here & luggage in the car

Time was changed and location was changed on us last moment. Vehicle did so many rest stops and was unnecessary and added time to the trip

The minivan was closer to a people smuggling van than anything else. It was tighter than ships travel in Europe, the pretty much non-existent trunk meant to have to travel with all the bags in the tiny spaces left in the people space or on top of us. It was 5 hours of hardship compared to our way up from Yerevan with a different company. The staff, of course didn’t speak any English, which is ok, but had zero empathy or willingness to help or to understand us. Not friendly at all. Really recommend to go with a different company.
