We would have liked communication with the driver to have been more fluid in the two days prior to the trip. Apparently, he didn't speak English well and it was difficult for him to understand our questions and respond quickly via WhatsApp.

Pick up location wasn't clear. Driver persistently used his phone while driving, which is an offence in Armenia. Driving was quite dangerous at times !

Unfrindly driver, not very clear instruction on the pickup location. The van was had gear changes issues and was loud. The middle seat has no head rest. No seatbelts at the back.

I read all the negative comments but I chose this option anyway. I traveled on 23rd May at 18:00. My experience was great. Our driver is a senior guy. He is helpful, kind, and professional, and he drives carefully. He can communicate in English a little to make me understand where to go when we were crossing the borders from Tblilisi to Yerevan. We arrived a little after midnight. It was raining and I had difficulty booking a taxi from my phone. The driver is waiting by the roadside with me until I got a vehicle to my hotel safely. I do not know his name but the senior driver deserves a trophy for his great job. Thank you so much for looking after me as a female tourist.

The van is fine, but I wish I’d known I was going to be wedged between two people in the third row while the driver drove like a maniac. The stops were kind of crummy. All in all the service got me where I needed to go but I would probably pay less for the marshrutka next time.

Great because it was the cheapest price for the transfer I could find. Other than that it was average: we departured at 13:00 and arrived at 19:20. The driver was a very unpleasant angry person. The car had USB sockets but they didn’t charge phones

I went from tbilisi to yerevan cheaper than by plane. If you are not used to an experienced driver dont take it. The driver knew when to overtake to get you to your destination on time. Please be prepared for immigration on both sides. Someone not in our group had a passport check that had us on the georgia side for 1 hour. everyone on our group got through in less than 5 minutes. Armenia side took 30 minutes again other peoples passports. I did plan to sleep through the drive but the views and a 360 camera kept me awake. I would take it again

The AC was on for only the last hour of the trip. I was expecting some unnecessarily fast and reckless driving as is the case with driving in Georgia, but the driver has surpassed all my expectations of reckless driving. We did not feel comfortable at all.
