The air conditioning was functional, but the ride from Split to Dubrovnik took an hour longer than stated. Not because of traffic, but felt like we stopped every 15 minutes. Need to be upfront in time tables on actual duration of trip.

The bus arrived in Split on time. I liked the change of drivers, because the 2nd took the curves much more quietly.
7 kuna for the luggage. Should have been directly on the ticket, as it caused confusion for some. Driver No. 1 drove very wildly and I got sick there unfortunately. 2x passport control, which led to delay with so many people.
