We were first to board the bus and the driver was a real jerk. He told my husband and I, both Americans that we had to sit at the back of the bus. He never told that to anyone else. He repeatedly stopped for breaks along the way. Long breaks for people to eat full meals. We left at 7 am and were the only bus at the border and we didn’t get to Dubrovnik until 2:45. Slow.

Very comfortable trip from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik. Bus clean and in good repair. Courteous, careful bus driver. Several short stops along the route, including one at a nice place to have cofffe /snack. Organized crossing at Bosnia-Croatia border. All good.

Atrocious trip. Little other than the bus, buddy, I had sitting next to me. This was the worst trip I’ve had in over 50 that I’ve taken in the last 4 years. No one to help put luggage under the bus although two drivers were standing there smoking . the trip was supposed to take 5 1/2 hours and it took eight hours. People missed connecting flights.First break was at the 4 1/2 hour mark. When they picked up passengers in Mostar they must’ve overbooked about 10 passengers ended up sitting in the aisle on the floor as the bus took off without them even checking to see if they had seats. We weren’t advised that we needed passports although I knew some didn’t and many had to dig through their suitcases under the bus to get them. The passport process took well over an hour, even though there was no lineup. Busdriver hardly communicated. I don’t know if English was a problem, but he was terribly unfriendly and not helpful at all. the washrooms were locked with no access which for a trip this long is simply not acceptable.

Great experience. 1. Panctual 2. The bags are tagging according to owner 3. Comfortable seat 4. Skillful driver. 1. The storage in bus 1 bag = 2mark 2. The heater way to hot when the bus in 2 hours trip.

Beautiful scenery. Drivers were very good, no speeding and good toilet stops. Bus tyre had a blowout and tyre shredded. We were delayed 1.75 hrs. Maybe they should service their vehicles better.
