I apid for First class ticket 3 days ahead, but they waited two days to say that it is not availalbe. just few hours before my travel. Fianlly after my repeated requests they booked me in 2nd class which was fine but just few hours before the train left only they confirmed. THey over charged me for some weard reasons of Price increase and then when they gave me economy they did not refund the difference amount !!!!
