I got charged double the price for the ticket going from Makkah to medina with no option for a refund. Total scam. This train itself and service was exceptionally good however the site 12go.Asia is a complete joke. Don’t recommend this site.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my bus booking from Makkah to Madinah, which was originally scheduled for 27th July at 3:30 PM. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and caused me significant inconvenience. * Around 18–20 hours before departure, I was informed that my bus had been rescheduled from 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM. I accepted the change. * After that, the boarding point was changed multiple times, first from Aziziya 179 to Masjid Al Shoudha, and then back to Aziziya 179. * I was told that the captain would contact me, but even by 11:30 AM, I had received no call. * Eventually, I received a message from an unknown Saudi number claiming to be the captain. I spoke to him, and he sent me a location near a hotel on the bus station road, stating that he was waiting for me there. * I confirmed the location with him twice and informed him that I was leaving my hotel by private taxi to reach that exact location. He replied, “Okay, please come, I’m waiting.” I paid for a private taxi and travelled to the location provided by your captain. However, upon arrival, the place was completely deserted, with no bus or staff present. When I called the captain, he told me to wait while he confirmed the bus. After waiting approximately five minutes, I called again, and he simply said that he had no bus and told me to speak to the company. At that point, I was left stranded in an unfamiliar and isolated location. I had no choice but to leave immediately for my own safety. I then travelled to the area near the Makkah Clock Tower, where I personally purchased a seat on a public van to Madinah at my own expense. During my journey, I contacted your representative and explained the situation. Surprisingly, he incorrectly claimed that I was travelling to Madinah using your company’s transport, which is completely false. I had already arranged and paid for my own alternative transportation because your company failed to provide the booked service. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a refund, but my requests have been ignored. I have complete evidence to support my claim, including: * My booking ticket. * All WhatsApp/text conversations with your representative. * Messages and call records with the captain. * The location shared by the captain. * Any other relevant proof required. As your company failed to provide the transportation service that I paid for, I request a full and immediate refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the complaint through the appropriate consumer protection authorities and payment provider, while providing all available evidence. I expect your prompt response and confirmation of my refund.

This was the worst experience of my life. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and we were treated very poorly and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We arrived at the exact location you provided more than two hours in advance, yet no vehicle came to pick us up. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
