We didn’t actually get the bus. It wasn’t where we were told to get it. We had to have a taxi to get us to the main bus terminal where they had not heard of you or your bus. We had to start again with a different company and pay again. We did try to telephone the number you supplied to us but there was no reply. Very dissatisfied and I feel we should be refunded. I will be contacting you after my holiday which was almost ruined as we were meeting family.
