Overall, our experience with this trip was poor, mainly due to serious issues with organization and timing, despite a good car and a polite driver. The car itself was comfortable and in good condition, which made the long journey more bearable. Our driver was polite, pleasant, and drove safely throughout the trip. The main problem was the organizer, who never contacted us before the trip and did not provide any information about the driver in advance. Because of this, we woke up at 3:30 a.m. and had no details at all until support finally replied around 4:30 a.m., which made us worry that the whole thing might be a scam. The driver arrived one hour late, which is especially critical for an early morning pickup. The total travel time was 8 hours instead of the 6 hours that were promised, including about 20 minutes of stops for refuelling, toilet and coffee. Despite the good car and friendly driver, the lack of communication from the organizer, the late pickup, and the longer-than-promised travel time made this experience very stressful. Overall rating: poor.

The bus left earlier than stated. The service desk attendant helped me get a taxi to chase down the bus as I had been waiting at the desk for over an hour.
