The drivers do facetime when they drive, im in a limousine with them again, and the driver do a facetime, not just a call, a facetime ! In the middle of a big road with a lot of trafic. Not safe at all.

Clean vehicle, but our driver was a rude and angry person who treated us and the other passengers as numbers instead of people. He drove fast, but safer comparing to the drivers in Indonesia :P Downside to this is the bumping experience in the back of the minivan

The travel agency I booked wasn’t the one I got. In the end it was the bad rated one. We had to change the van once and the guys didn’t really speak any English, so the communication was hard. Everything was very stressful.

Everything was as planned and thought. Only thing they could improve is have another stop in Old City may be Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square which makes it more convenient especially for early morning buses.
