Very comfortable first class cabins. Train spot on time. Only criticism is that station staff don’t let passengers onto platforms until 20 minutes before departure. This is ok if you’re young and fit. The platforms (and trains) are very long and it takes time to get to the farthest end of the platform where first class coaches are. A little more time for the elderly and mobility restricted would be good.

The air conditioning was not working in the coach, windows could not be opened. Travelling 3 hours like that in the heat in a full train is not comfortable

The name of the start point was not specific enough. At the start point there’s so many people but no signs for the bus or company. We were told to wait on the side of the road and the bus was 30 minutes late.
