I had my booking at 9 am, i confirmed with the Number that appears at the booking, the day after nobody was at the point and nobody answer the WhatsApp (the Number that i confirmed the booking the day before neither other Number that appears) Then at 3pm ( the réservation was at 9 am) they told me that they will write me when the driver arrives, nobody write me again. Your customer service tell me that they will refund me 50% i completely disagree and i want my money back this is unacceptable!!!
