We booked a bus at 15.15 and after our payment they said there was no availibility. They gave us tickets for another bus which took 2 hrs longer! We got there eventually, but it was a very long ride

Not the best roadtrip of my life. Operating hours from Essaouira was wrong on the website (30 min late), but the bus came right on its time. The most important thing is that the whole trip was much shorter than it was stated on the website; so I was in a bus stop in the middle of the night without any plans.

The bus was very comfortable, left on time & driver was drove very carefully. Only suggestion is that the fee for luggage must be spelt out more clearly. Also, you advised that the fee for bags needing to go in the lower part of the bus was 5MAD but we were charged 6MAD per piece. You should update your advice or if CTM is ripping people off, you should take up same with them.

Bus came half an hour late. There were people smoking in the bus. There were drunken people fighting in the back of the bus stop. Bus stopped on the street and forced us to get off in Casablanca. There are no seat numbers.

I found the staff at the check-in were helpful and friendly and made sure I knew what to do. The trip was interesting, as I am a visitor to Morocco. Everything proceeded as I expected.

Bus was later, packed full and made numerous stops along the way to pick up passengers. Bus was dirty, air-conditioning didnt work, and driver was very rude. Would never use this company again.
