The bus was incredibly dirty, and the stop indications provided were incorrect. Thanks to the people from the station, we managed to fund the stop, several hundred meters away from the station.

The Main Issue I have is Safety The second Bus Driver he is a chain smoker. He was smoking before we left Essouira, in the break and as soon as we arrived at Agadir. During the trip he was coughing every minute. It was a smokers cough. That was very annoying hearing that all the way. I am 100% sure his health was terrible he could very easily have a heart attack or a stroke while driving. I do not know his age but he looked old and sick. The other Bus Driver looked Healthy and young. Smokers die about 10 years younger often with a stroke or heart attack. The Road is dangerous and with a heart attack or a stroke the bus could crash and in the wrong place everyone could die on that road. Pilots of aeroplanes have strict health rules and are not allowed to pilot with any circulatory issues. Plus there are other safety measures on a plane a co-pilot and auto-pilot. But if the gentleman has a stroke or heart attack, 1 second is all it takes at the wrong place and everyone dies. This will happen it is a statistical probability. I was shocked that CTM would allow someone so obviously unhealthy to be responsible for so many lives. I would say CTM should not employ a chain smoker anywhere near the age of that person.

It's a locals bus, not a tourist bus. It's not the cleanest but ok. It stops whenever someone knocks to let people off & stops randomly to let people on. The timings run later than suggested because of this but it's fine if you are not in a rush. The staff try to be helpful (with their limited English). It's an experience!

No air con on bus which appeared very old. Floor all down one side was wet and the ride was bumpy - seemed like the driver had to keep correcting the steering
