Good trip in general. Still trying to figure out what the VIP extra is for. I am sure what it was for?

Border crossing will delay you by 2 hours. The WiFi on the bus. The journey says it will take you two hours but in reality it will take you for due to a snails pace border crossing . We spend 90 minutes getting through both checkpoints and an extremely hot bus . It's not the drivers fault but you know this border crossing is terrible so tell people it will take 4 hours not 2!

Very poor english at terminals and with driver so communication was equally poor. No communications at border crossing. 2 hour bus ride took more than 4 hours. Access to wash rooms / toilets. Very poor.

Avoid Fridays. Your feedback page is too stupid to allow us to enter the correct date, which was the third. A sign in the bus window clearly stated that WiFi would be available, but that was untrue. The worst, though, was that the journey took more than 5 hours, instead of the 2 hours given in the timetable. The old-fashioned passport inspection at two checkpoints took lots of time, and this was aggravated by weekend travellers, filling up the road.

The journey took 5 hours. There was chewing gum on my chair. You have to pay 2€ per bag if you want to put it underneath. There is no way the journey takes 2 hours as advertised- it took 5.

Hard work. We got there in the end. The coach needs to stop at passport control as you leave Croatia and again after you enter Montenegro. Everyone needs to get off the coach for this. There is also a journey by car ferry once you are in Montenegro. There are numerous traffic jams en route. The coach is 20 years old, the driver spoke no English at all, the air con was working at 70 percent efficiency. Expect your journey to realistically take 3.5 to 4 hrs.
