When we made the booking we photo's were shown of a very nice looking big black SUV vehicle. But it turned out to be a completely other very old crappy car and the driver did not speak any languages (no english, no french, no spanish) which made it impossible to ask him to stop to make some photo's en route. Since we paid a lot of money for this transfer we were very disappointed about all this. The driver was on time and did get us from A to B.

Well organized, safe driving, arrival on time, no toilets on board. You have to pay 5 Dirham extra for every peace of luggage that goes into the bottom of the bus.
