It was a night tarvel, and there were 4 paasport/luggage checkings. I hoped/thought that I will be able to sleep on the bus, but couldn't. Otherwise everything was ok.

The image shown for the bus we had purchased does not correspond to the bus that had arrived. My chair was badly stained, felt like a rock to sit on it. Legroom isn't sufficient for anyone taller than 170. Not their fault, but you need to cross the dangerous street to sit in the bus in Cairo, which is traumatizing. Overall, I think this may be better than other companies based on what I've read about them, but it still doesn't deserve more stars. Even booking phase was buggy, as it doesn't show seat locations properly.

We had two drivers during the trip. During the first part of the trip, with the first driver, we stopped an unbelievable number of times. We had 2 breaks for military barrage, which is understandable, but then we stopped every 15 minutes for no reasons. Once it was for passengers to smoke, another time to wait for picking up someone when leaving Cairo, and then the official break in the middle of the trip that lasted 1 hour instead of 30 minutes announced. We left the first Go Bus station in Cairo Tahrir at 10:30 pm. We stopped for the official break in the middle of the trip at 3 am. We took 4 hours and half to cover 200 km. This was unbelievable, we arrived 2 hours later than the time announced.

The bus was great. There’s the air conditioning in the bus, it’s comfortable… the BIG PROBLEM was the police checkpoints. There were soooo many police checkpoints.
