The coach left for Marrakech 20 minutes late The air conditioning system was none existent. It didn't stop for comfort break. It was a rundown coach not as advertised on the website.

This is the worst transfer I have ever experienced. We followed instructions given and waited outside our pick up location 30 mins + before the actual pick up time. Once the pick up time passed they were difficult to contact. After waiting and getting poor communication we were informed the transfer had ‘supposedly’ come and gone. This is false. They had made zero efforts to contact us, no messages, no phone calls. I tried to call them several times, send messages stating we were young women who had been left without transport and received no response whatsoever. Just that the driver was on the highway and could not come back. I’ve never received such abhorrent treatment especially when we had followed the pick up instructions to the letter. We had to scramble to sort a new transfer out of pocket. I am disgusted by this serviced and would never recommend them not even to an enemy. We now await 12go Asia to respond to our refund request and hope they take it seriously as this could have been a dangerous outcome.

It was not comfort. The seats were standard. The bus station was horrible. No WiFi onboard. When I reclined the seat the woman at the back started shouting and kicking my seat. No table to put our stuff at the front. Drive was smooth.

Good assistance and information at the Coach Station. A very comfortable and relaxed experience in the air conditioned coach. Good to have the phone charging points on board. 1st trip, we had to change bus & the one that arrived to take us was filthy. There was food on the floor and this was covered in insects. Coming home the bus was over booked & people were standing.

The bus station is very shabby but functional. Departure was almost an hour delayed. The important bit - the bus & trip - was excellent. Modern, comfortable (even though completely full), journey time as advertised.
