Lost Items

We encourage you to keep your belongings close to you and never leave them unattended.
If you lost an item during the trip, please contact the carrier's office immediately. They will be able to look for the item.
When the carrier doesn't speak the same language as you or you could not get in touch with their staff, please send us a photo of the lost item, and we will try to help you find it.
Please note, we can't send it overseas if you left the country or the continent. But we can try to ask the operator to ship it if they find it, usually at your expense.
