Taiwan bans all foreign visitors until further notice
No foreign visitors allowed into Malaysia.
All short-term visitors from anywhere in the world are not allowed to enter or transit through Singapore from 23rd March 2020 until further notice.
No visa on arrival/tourist visa starting until April 20th.
Gili Islands and Lombok have been closed until March 31st. Check for updates here
Almost all visa holders are not allowed to enter. Philippines - Manila, Cebu, Palawan, Luzon and Bohol under quarantine until April, 14th. No public transportation in those provinces.

Australia and New Zealand
Self-quarantine for 14 days after entering Australia or New Zealand.
Entry restrictions for foreign travellers from mainland China, Iran, South Korea and Italy.
Many trips are not bookable until further notice due to border closures.
Visa on arrival, visa excemption, and E-visa issuance is cancelled. Existing visa holders are required to present medical certificate and report travel history. Self-quarantine is required for travelers from infected countries.
All trips between non-European countries and the EU / Schengen Area are suspended until April 15.
