Šimon NWe booked a limousine from Tam Coc to Bai Chay, some of the other reviews had us expecting the worst but it was absolutely fine. Since I read the communication isn't great and the pickup place and time might not be accurate I tried to text them the day before, to which they didn't respond. However, when we got to the place mentioned on the ticket I texted again and they responded pretty much immediately. A taxi picked us up on time and took us to the bus station for transfer. The limousine turned out to be a sleeper bus but that was probably for the better. We departed a little late, did make a bunch of stops to drop or load random luggage or people. Then they told us to leave the bus at a random spot like 15 minutes away from the original location, but the bus staff just handed 100k VND to a taxi driver there, told us not to worry and the taxi took us to our hotel after I showed him (hotel drop off was not even included I think, so nice). We only arrived like 15 minutes late. (No fish were transported that day) Overall decent experience, got us from A to B. Communication truly wasn't great, getting kicked off the bus before your stop is a little confusing, but I say trust in the process, they know what they are doing.

Bella BFirstly the pick up was very unorganised. We were waiting exactly at the coordinates and the photo that was provided to wait for a pick up. We arrived at 10am and didn’t get picked up till 11.15 for our 10.30 departure. During this wait time I emailed and tried to contact the phone number but was unable to. When we finally got picked up it was by a car not a bus to take us to the bus. Very disorganised and no communication.
Next it would have been nice to know when the stops were happening as there is no bathrooms on board so it is a bit distressing when you don’t know how long you have to wait. ( A suggestion would be to send it with the booking confirmation to clearly state how frequent the stops will be and for how long so people know what to expect and how much food to bring with them etc )
The bus was also very delayed we would have been arriving to Hue at 8.30pm but didn’t get there till 12.30am and this was meant to be the fast bus.
But I will add we had to change our final destination while we were on board and they were very accommodating and made it easy for us to change.

Peter HI should have left Hanoi at 13:00. Instead of the bus arriving at 13:00, a taxi came to pick me up and took me to the bus station, where I had to wait until 14:00. The bus itself was in very good condition. The biggest problem was that we left one hour late and arrived in Ha Giang two and a half hours later than stated on my ticket. This was quite late for me because I already had some things planned.

Tha guide (Mr Vinh) spoke perfect English and gave us detailed explanation of the coffee workings with many interesting details.
The coffee farms we visited was very beautiful to see.
The accomodation for the night was super comfortable, a brand new hotel within the factory complex, with a beautiful cafe and garden. And in the garden we could enjoy some delightful activities after dinner, like karaoke and a toy archery.
We very carefully taken care of by Ms Leyli. No detail was ignored, and with frequent, thoroughful and proactive communication.
Highly recommended.

We paid for a direct bus to cat ba, and then the bus stopped on the way and we had to wait almost an hour for a new one which was not even a vip sleeper like we booked. And to finish off they dropped us off far from the city and not at the drop off point. We had to pay for a ride to the hotel.

Victoria GThe bus left late, and so arrived late. The seats we had were comfortable but the charging ports didn’t work. The operators also stopped to let other people on so there were passengers asleep on the floor in the aisle. I’m not sure if this is common or not for Vietnam.

Brian HThe trip was so windy and bumpy, a sleeper bus is not really worth it. When we did get to Hanoi, we were so rushed in getting off the sleeper bus, we forgot things on the bus. And after getting off the sleeper bus, there was a mini bus into downtown that didn’t have a destination. They needed us to provide a location which we didn’t know at 4:30am. So we just got off the bus when they stopped for someone else.

Marc SThe vehicle was very comfortable and had everything you need. Highly recommend. What made the tour bad was the service staff. Unfriendly when we loaded our baggage. Was rude to us during the trip and behaved like a commander. When we asked for a second blanket he denied even though there were enough for everybody.

Aleksandra PThe driver didn’t stop for a toilet break for 10 HOURS!! I don’t know how everyone made it through but I sat there dehydrated and thankfully slept to ignore that fact. I heard a man literally begging to go outside to smoke while the driver stopped for few minutes but they denied anyone to leave. Inhumane and unacceptable. The only good thing, the bus was on time. If you want to book with this company, don’t drink anything before the ride if you want to survive

Lisa CPaid good money for a trip from Cao Bang to Cat Ba. First bus was a cabin bus as indicated but then middle of the night we had to hop off onto another bus which was a 3 row sleeper bus with used blankets and stuffy smell. Expected to stay on the cabin bus for the whole ride for that price.

Hannah SWe had to take a pickup bus outside from ha giang, just to be transported back to town. Our trip was from ha giang to cat ba. The driver drov fast and at the harbour he turned of the bis for 1,5 hours. After that he woke us up and we had to go to the ferry by foot. After the ferry we were transportrt with a Minibus. Normaöy no big deal but there was no information at any point for the passangers what was going on. I can't recommend

Emma MBus driver beeped the horn constantly and drove erratically so we were thrown around the bus for the entire journey. The man who welcomed us was very intense, he pulled my bag off my back and threw it onto the bus. Nobody told us which stop we were at so we nearly missed our stop. LOIC NWe were the only passengers for half of the trip. For the other half there were 2 locals. We reserved a Cabin bus and were picked up by a limousine bus. This was ok as we were alone and could relax. There was 1 stop for lunch (we would have welcomed another stop before). The driver arrived 30 min before the departure and as we were the only passagers we could go immediately.

I approached the bus driver politely and respectfully to ask him if we were arrived, and he started yelling at me for no reason "get out, take a taxi !" . The bus was supposed to stop at Hanoi airport, but it stopped before, and I had to take and pay for a taxi. I reported this on WhatsApp, and even the person from the bus company laughed at me on WhatsApp !!!. It's truly deplorable behavior from this company.

Ryan HOur airport drop off led us to being dropped off on the side of the road in Hanoi, still 15min from the airport, and in very little english told we need to book a taxi. We booked a grab and was fine, but it was an extra cost and kind of jarring. Otherwise we got from Ha Giang to Hanoi safely, the most important part.

Matthew Bus was more than 1 hour too late. Bus was too full, suitcases everywhere in the sleeping compartments. Bus was also offloading stuff from the roof 10 min before arrival which was a bit confusing.

Tim GComfortable and clean VIP sleeper bus. On our Ha Giang to Cat Ba trip, we did stop quite a lot. We also had to switch to a van about 30 minutes before the ferry and then get on the ferry by foot, which is not ideal around 5AM. On the island, a taxi was ready to pick us up and did contact our slightly remote hotel to pick us up somewhere.
